As an adult looking for orthodontic treatment, I did consultations with different providers in the area, and while I was set on Invisalign, I found out that the doctor really mattered. In my initial consultation, Dr. Yoo listened to what I found most important and gave a different treatment plan than others. Her plan was more creative, concrete, and well explained, thinking about my long-term oral health and not just a generic cookie cutter plan. Visits were pleasant, the staff are super friendly, and the office is very clean, so I always looked forward to appointments. So grateful for the great experience and results!

Dr. Yoo is the best orthodontist! She has helped all my kids with teeth issues, while being honest about what’s necessary and being fun and kind along the way. She has made great recommendations that have worked and we can’t express our gratitude enough.

Dr. Yoo has been my daughter's orthodontist for the past year and we are extremely happy with the treatment she's been receiving. Dr. Yoo is methodical, patient and extremely good with kids. She explains the treatment plans and procedures to parents patiently. She's skilled at what she does. Her team sends text and email reminders before appointments and is flexible in rescheduling if something comes up. The staff is professional, warm and always welcomes us with a big smile. The office is conveniently located and is equipped with state of the art tools for the job. Overall, we are super happy with Dr Yoo and team and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good orthodontist treatment.

I’ve owed this review to the amazing Palo Alto Orthodontics team for a couple of months now, but better late than never! One of my brackets fell off and the wire was killing my cheek from the inside. My orthodontist in NYC, and after many attempts to cut the wire myself, these amazing people saved me the next morning in just a few minutes. So much appreciation to the team and Dr. Yoo for improving my quality of life from 2/10 to 10/10. Thank you all!!!!

We had an initial consult with Dr. Yoo recently and had a wonderful experience. The office team were friendly and kind which made my daughter feel immediately comfortable. Dr. Yoo was incredibly detailed, thoughtful and knowledgeable in understanding our daughter’s dentition and what she would need going forward.
