I like service and treatment I received. I has recommended your office to my friend and will recommend it again. Everyone were very nice and professional, I felt being in good hands, during my procedure! I had an excellent experience with Dr. Shane Huang and highly recommend him to anyone!

Awesome friendly staff and great teeth whitening experience - they’ve also helped me out with fillings, cleaning and even a crown if my memory serves me right. I appreciate everyone working here very much!

I had been searching for the right dentist for about a year, and choosing Palo Alto Advanced Dental was absolutely worth the wait. Dr. James Ho is highly professional, thorough, and attentive. He took the time to clearly explain the treatment plan for my teeth, and it’s obvious that he genuinely cares about his patients and their long-term dental health. I truly appreciate his thoughtful approach and look forward to continuing my care with him. Jessica was also wonderful to work with. She is kind, empathetic, and extremely knowledgeable in her role. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process and was very thorough in explaining everything. Shane was equally professional, helpful, and welcoming. The entire team made this a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

Stay away from this place and don’t let the good reviews fool you like I did. I arrived for my appointment, sat there for 20 minutes without anyone coming out. Was then rudely approached by a hygienist who said I would have to wait because she needs to finish her lunch. I wasn’t brought back for my cleaning until 30 mins after my appt time. I understand things run behind, I’m more than happy to be patient when the staff aren’t rude about it. During my appointment I was appalled. The doctor did my cleaning which is so bizarre for a routine cleaning. He was so rough and aggressive even after I mentioned I’m a very anxious person because of trauma with previous dentists. During my cleaning, his dog is barking in the back office and HE IS YELLING AT THE DOG while he should be doing my cleaning. They put my X-rays up and say “I’m sure you already know that you need many fillings”, uk I actually don’t know that?? No review of my X-rays were done with me. The hygienist writes what fillings are needed ON A NAPKIN and at this point I know I won’t be returning. I ask them to send over my X-rays to my email so I can go elsewhere. The X-rays were never sent to my email. I call again last w

My experience at this dental office. Everyone was so charming and friendly. The doctor that saw my son was wonderful and was completely comfortable experience especially that my son is 2 and scared but the doctor made him feel comfortable. Front desk Elaine is so nice and explained the treatment plan very thoroughly. I highly recommend this dental office.
