I had both of my daughters’ wisdom teeth removed on the same day, and from start to finish, every member of the team was kind, compassionate, and attentive. Soooo happy I was referred to Dr Carlson and his AMAZING staff. My son was actually in Switzerland when he had extreme pain in his jaw I had to go to an emergency dentist over there and obviously I was freaking out because I couldn’t be with him so I sent the x-rays over to Dr. Carlson and staff. They reviewed them immediately and got him in the day after he arrived home for a consultation. Surgery is scheduled. They were extremely quick which I was in need of, kind, compassionate and affordable.

Customer care and service was awesome! Monika at the Front Desk really set the tone for a pleasant first impression as she was sweet and professional. Soko then assisted and prepped my son for his oral surgery. Dr. Amin Sarraf then informed us my son and procedure went well and was done before we knew it. Soko was kind and informative during time of discharge. Whole visit was smooth and we were very satisfied. Top it off Dr. Sarraf gave us a follow up phone call to check on how my son was recovering. We are thankful we were referred to a dental office with a pleasant and clean surrounding, kind and professional team. Would definitely recommend!

It was the best healthcare experience in the past few years! All the staff are very professional and extremely friendly! Me and my daughter felt confident that we were in the very good hands. Both locations are very clean, neat and calm. The chair was positioned in a certain angle so that I could talk to the doctor face to face nicely. Monitors in each room display pleasant flower pictures, instead of cold black screen. The scent of hand soap is refreshing… The whole environment is calming and pleasant. Details matter! We strongly recommend Pacific Oral Surgery!

I just to completed my third implant. Dr. Jacobs successfully performed all three. His knowledge, expertise, and professionalism are truly apparent and appreciated. He ensures you are aware of the details of the procedure and that all your questions and concerns are addressed. His front office staff and his medical assistants are courteous and professional. They are focused on the patient's needs. The care I received is outstanding and I recommend this practice to anyone with oral surgery needs.
