Terrible experience. The staff didn’t seem to know which side they were supposed to work on, and I was never given anesthesia for the procedure. I was also charged for medication that I’m confident I never received. What’s frustrating is that I had the exact same procedure done here last week, and the experience was completely different and much better. Even the dentist was different. This visit felt disorganized, unprofessional, and very disappointing. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

I was very hesitant to go and remove my wisdom tooth because it was positioned horizontally. I thought it would take a long time, and I also have TMJ issues, so I was worried my jaw joint would hurt during the extraction. But Dr. Chien was very understanding of my fears. He gave me time, reassured me, and even started humming while extracting the tooth. I didn’t even realize when it was out—it took barely 15 minutes. I’m truly grateful to him. It’s been two hours since the extraction—yes, there is some pain, but I’m happy I took this step. You’ll definitely be in safe hands. Thank you so much, Dr. Chien, from the bottom of my heart ❤️

They wasted my time, 2 hours of nothing. My appt was 11am didn't get called in till 11:41 sat me down told them I was pregnant so no X-rays okay she said to just wait for Dr to do a visual check, waited another hour just for them to say okay well we can't do any cleaning stuff because their busy and that they need a letter l. Like what I've been two hours just to be told that. Worst customer service ever. Don't come here and I won't be having my husband coming here.

I went to this clinic with my son for his wisdom tooth removal. The receptionist was so rude.She rolled her eyes when I tried to ask questions, She answer my questions so rudely. I tried to call them couple times days before our appointment, they never answered the phone and never returned call back. They are so unprofessional. Office was not cleaned..My son is 17. 1st time we went last year just to consult and they did not even told me anything. I just thought they just got xrays . Receptionist told us that they will send all info to insurance to see if he will get approved and gave us another appointment. We went on appointment and they said they are taking all 4 out at once. I was shocked but we were already there so I thought ok to do so.. Every doctor consult and wants to know opinion that we want to do or not but they did not ask. After removal they did not even provide us any cleaning supplies. Just a gauze and a medicine. I never ever take my kids to this facility anymore. If any of you referred to this facility please ask your doctor to give you any other specialist. Not recommended.

This office and this company are terrible and unprofessional. I have come here for two years and o had an appointment for a cleaning today. I took off work to come in here and they did an x-ray and exam and told me I was done. I explained that I was here for a cleaning and they said they just brought me in to meet the new dentist and have an exam. I had to get angry and excited m frustration before they took me seriously. Completely unprofessional. Waste an hour and a half of my time to meet some dentist who will be transferred somewhere else in six months. AND not do what I'm here for. I will not be back. Plus the office is old and ratty and looks like homeless people sleep in front
