Dr Mekel is great. She saw my newborn daughter for a possible tongue tie and she took her time and explained everything to me thoroughly. I like that she takes a functional approach to dentistry. Can’t wait to take my toddler here for his first dental visit! The office is so cute and all the staff was awesome.

If I could give Dr. Elite Mekel and her team more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we walk through the door, we are greeted by the kindest, warmest, and most welcoming staff. The office is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly family-friendly. The waiting room even has a dedicated play area for children, which immediately helps little ones feel comfortable and excited for their visit. Dr. Mekel is truly exceptional. She is gentle, patient, kind, and has such a warm heart. She has a remarkable way of making children feel safe and cared for. My son Levi loved his appointment so much that after his cleaning was finished, he actually asked if he could sit back down in the chair for a second cleaning! As a parent, I can't think of a better testament to how wonderful a pediatric dentist she is. Both Levi and Landon left smiling, and the special reward toy they received after their appointment was the perfect finishing touch to an already amazing experience. We drive over an hour each way just to see Dr. Mekel, and I can honestly say she is worth every minute of the drive. Finding a dentist who combines exceptional skill with genuine compassion is rare, and Dr.

It is so hard to find a dentist that actually pays attention and takes time to spend with your kid who is frightened by all things that make noise. Since my son was born I’ve tried 2 dentist before coming to pacific coast. Dr. Mekel was the first to talk to him and be so gentle with him. We didn’t feel rushed and she was so patient. She also was the first who listened to my concerns about his mouth breathing. I am so happy I found her on instagram. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Wonderful first time visit with our 2 year old. My son’s prior dentist was in and out, I felt very rushed with my questions dismissed. Dr. Mekel was complete opposite! She took time talking and singing with my son to help him be more comfortable. She also spent time talking with me, she brought up concerns I had written on the intake questionnaire without me having to ask. So very happy this practice is open!

This place is amazing! My kids (2,9) had their first visit today. First, the facility has online appointment scheduling, which I love. Plus it was super easy to do. They were great at communicating prior to the appointment to get the forms filled out and insurance processed, so when we showed up we were ready to be seen. The facility was super clean and comfortable. There were little toys and games in the lobby to play with while we waited. They were even greeted with their names on the wall. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It was an overall great experience, especially for my 2 year old. I really wanted to find a nice dentist to start her dental journey on the right path, and this place delivered. I’m so appreciative. So happy we found them.
