Dr. Benson and his team are wonderful! He does an amazing job communicating options for my dental needs and helps me choose based on my goals/needs. His team is also very nice and caring. First time I have ever felt comfortable in a dental chair.

Dr. Benson and the whole team is amazing! I've had a tough experience with dentists in the past and eventually turned to Reddit in hopes I could get genuine recommendations for a local dentist to help with a specific issue I had been having. Dr. Benson was the number one recommendation and I see why! He's incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and skillful. I was given realistic expectations at the beginning of the process and he more than exceeded them. I'm able to confidently smile again. There's no judgement and I felt that everyone cares me.

I’ve been going to Dr. Benson for many years now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him and his entire staff. Everyone is incredibly personable and genuinely cares about you. There is a clear level of expertise and attention to detail at every step of the dental process. Dr. Benson looks at the whole picture when it comes to care and always does things the right way (even if that means taking the longer "route") and I really appreciate that approach. The entire team knows you by name and creates such a friendly, welcoming, and understanding environment. Kristin and Raquel are wonderful about sending appointment reminders and always use my preferred method of communication (text), which I really appreciate. Robin is friendly, helpful, and does an excellent job with my cleanings. Even though I live far away, I make a point to plan and schedule my appointments so I can continue seeing Dr. Benson and his team rather than going somewhere closer. They are absolutely worth it.

Dr. Benson has been my dentist for about 15 years, and his work has always been excellent. I live in Garland now, but I don't mind driving to Plano when I need to see him. He's very attentive to details, and he always preserves as much as possible of the natural teeth. He occasionally asks about things like eating and sleeping habits, looking for clues about how to keep my teeth healthy. His staff is professional and friendly too. The location is a block from the Tollway, and there's plenty of free parking.

My, my, how this review is long over due. Dr. Benson is hands down the best dentist I've ever had and his whole staff is incredible. Previously I had a lot of bad dental work and Dr. Benson did an incredible job at doing what needed to be done... and there was A LOT to be done. His staff is very tentative and do a great job of making sure you're on top of your dental care. Getting me to the dentist was like pulling teeth before (ha) but with Dr. Benson's office I always look forward to going and thanks to them my smile is the healthiest its ever been. Dr. Benson is very informative and actually motivates me to care for my mouth, and takes the time to explain the importance of certain habits while offering little hacks along the way that can keep your smile in tip top shape. I also got my wisdom teeth removed here and while I can barely remember it, that's a good thing because I know it was fast, I was comfortable, and the pain was minimal. Before seeing Dr. Benson I ALWAYS had new cavities at my checkups, but thanks to him and his team I FINALLY had a checkup where I passed without one. Absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a great family friendly dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Benson's for over ten years. Having had extensive dental work throughout my life, it is essential for me to have a dentist who is technically skilled in dental procedures, meticulous in his work and a kind and caring person. Dr. Benson has met all of my requirements. His office is a professional, exceptionally clean and pleasant environment. I highly recommend Dr. Benson.

When my dentist of many years retired, he recommended Dr. Benson. It turns out there could not have been a better recommendation. Recently I was needing a procedure that was of concern to me. Dr. Benson took all the time I needed to listen to all of my concerns. He explained the procedure in detail and, through his knowledge and professionalism, put me at ease. He makes you feel like you are the only one who matters. The procedure went better than I expected and with no limitations. He and his staff are beyond amazing and compassionate and I would recommend Dr. Benson to anyone who may be looking for a dentist.

Dr. Benson has been our family Dentist for a little over 5 years. He was our dentist when we lived in Richardson but even after we moved to Wylie, we drive all the way out there because he is very good with our children. Obviously, kids are not the best to work with but my 5 year old who has separation anxiety issues has no problems going to the Dentist. That is because Dr. Benson is very down to earth and connects with him on his level and doesn't force anything with him. Dr. Benson has removed my two older children's wisdom teeth and he worked with us on our schedule so we could do it when they were out of school for a week and we were home. For me personally, he did a root canal, then worked with me to get an implant and a crown. He showed me the available options and the comparisons of the different materials. He explained why some cost more and the long-term affects of other materials. He was very thorough and patient with me and then let me decide on my own. His also has a great staff. One of the things I liked about the staff is they will communicate to me the way I want to be communicated. I want text so they text me whereas others want to be called or emailed. They're
