After struggling with chronic head, trap, and neck pain for a long time, I finally felt heard. The provider took the time to listen, thoroughly evaluate my symptoms, explain what was happening, and develop a treatment plan the same day. For the first time in a long while, I left feeling validated and hopeful. I am incredibly grateful for their knowledge, compassion, and willingness to help. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with chronic facial pain, TMJ/TMD issues, headaches, or neck pain.

I’m usually not someone who leaves reviews, but people’s health is not something I can stay quiet about. Dr. Kanti is kind — and I want to be fair. But if you are seeking care for Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN), I suggest seeking a specialist who will see your case through completely. An MRI was ordered after my diagnosis — standard TN protocol. Once those results were submitted to Dr. Kanti’s office, I never received a call. I even followed up and confirmed they were received, still no call. That alone is a serious lapse. But here’s what makes it dangerous: those results contained two findings neurologists have since flagged as alarming — directly connected to potential root causes of my TN and carries the risk of other major complications if ignored / left untreated. TN is one of the most painful conditions in medicine, and my results held information that could change everything about my treatment. The first doctor to receive them said nothing. So glad I also received my results directly — I reviewed them myself, did my own research, and brought those findings to my PCP. Now I’m getting proper care and moving toward hopefully a pain-free life. One doctor received critical result

Dr Kanti and her staff are so kind and helpful! I’ve had a difficult condition for 4 years and she’s the first doctor who knew how to treat it and give me pain relief! Can’t say enough good things about this office and my experience!

After months of appointments, pain, frustration, and feeling overwhelmed, today I finally felt genuinely cared for. From the moment Stacy answered the phone and somehow got me scheduled the very same day, I felt heard. She was patient and kind while I paused, gathered my thoughts, and untangled my words (which hasn’t been easy lately). I never once felt rushed or like I was “too much.” The doctor, Dr. Kanti herself was exceptional. Truly. If you have TMJ or chronic pain in your jaw for whatever reason, you will LOVE the staff at Orofacial Pain Associates. Dr. Kanti is so kind and caring, but so is Sam and ALL the staff. Everyone is so patient, and everything is explained so completely, they make you feel very, very cared for. They DO take really good care of you! EXPERTS!!!!
