One Dental experience is second to none. I used to hate the dentist, One Dental changed that. The staff are excellent, the experience in the chair is comfortable the doctors/dental hygienist talk you through the process, next steps and make sure you understand what you can do to help your situation. They make it easy and pleasant to make sure you're in every 6 months. 11/10.

Dr Kim and his staff were friendly , professional and engaging. They showed an interest in my dental needs and were great at listening. Also a very nice environment and have up to date equipment. A great experience

Very disappointed with my experience at One Dental and with Dr. Kim. I had an appointment expecting a simple filling for a cavity for one tooth, which is exactly what I was told I needed prior to the procedure. However, while I was already in the chair and after being told “the drilling part is over,” I was informed that my tooth had actually been prepped for a crown. At no point beforehand was a crown discussed as a possible treatment option. There was no informed consent, no discussion of alternatives, and no review of costs or financial responsibility before proceeding with a much more invasive and expensive procedure. I was never given the opportunity to make an informed decision about my own dental care. The lack of communication and transparency was extremely concerning and caused me to lose trust in both Dr. Kim and the office. Patients deserve to fully understand and consent to treatment plans before irreversible work is performed. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling caught off guard, unheard, and very unhappy with the care I received. This experience also taught me the importance of thoroughly researching dentists before establishing care. RECOMMENDATION to

I had a great experience at One Dental! Melanie was very professional while taking my X-rays and always made sure I was comfortable before each one. Denise was incredibly helpful, took the time to answer all of my questions, and did an amazing job with the fluoride treatment. Dr. Kim was thorough and efficient with my cleaning, clearly explained his concerns, and made sure I understood everything before I left. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism from the entire team.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at One Dental! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the difference—modern, sleek, and welcoming, not like your typical sterile clinic. The hospitality here is top-notch. Every member of the staff is genuinely friendly and makes you feel completely at ease. The doctors and hygienists are fantastic—professional, thorough, and clearly passionate about what they do. I’m so glad I made the switch to One Dental. It’s the kind of place that actually makes you look forward to your appointments! P.S.: They give a nice care package for new clients
