Absolutely amazing staff! From the front desk staff to the back, everyone is so kind and helpful. Dr. McCray and Ms. Sheila took such great care of my girls. They explained everything very thorough and made us feel comfortable with what was going on, and the next steps. Just an all around great visit! Today I took my daughter to Oak Point Orthodontics to get her braces, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we walked in, everyone made us feel welcomed and cared for. Dr. Clark took the time to explain every step of the process thoroughly. I never felt rushed, he was incredibly patient, kind, and made sure all of our questions were answered. His assistant, Dasia, did an outstanding job applying my daughter’s braces. She was gentle, reassuring, and checked on her throughout the appointment to make sure she was comfortable and not experiencing any discomfort. Leslie at the front desk was equally amazing. She was friendly, informative, and made the entire check-in and checkout process seamless. Every single staff member we encountered was professional, warm, and genuinely kind. I even told them they reminded me of the Chick-fil-A of orthodontics because everyone was so friendly and provided such outstanding customer service! I highly recommend Oak Point Orthodontics to anyone looking for an exceptional orthodontist for their child. I had such a great experience at OaksPoint Orthodontics! I originally brought my little one in for treatment, and from the very first visit, Dr. Clark and the entire team made us feel welcome and cared for. They took the time to explain everything clearly and were so patient throughout the process. Seeing how wonderful our experience has been with my child made my decision easy! I’m now coming back to start treatment for myself! If you're looking for an orthodontist who is knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about their patients, I highly recommend Dr. Clark and the team at OaksPoint Orthodontics.

I had a great experience at Dr. Clark's office! The staff was friendly and I had very little wait time after I arrived. Dr. Clark was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He took his time to explain everything he was doing, which I appreciated. I was very satisfied with the visit overall and I'm forward to continuing under his treatment.
