My fiancé was having sever gum pain and Maria was a delight to work with accommodating our schedules, getting us in quickly and overall making our first experience! Assistant Sheila did a great job assisting my fiancé through her dental anxiety and gave great care! Dr Hernandez did a great job with a detailed explanation and education of all dental findings! Huge shoutout to the Northwoods Dental Spa team for a great experience, and we are glad to be returning to work with them again soon!

I had an outstanding experience at Northwoods Dental Spa. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to my comfort. My dentist took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process and answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I truly appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and the high level of care I received throughout my appointment. They turned what is usually a stressful experience into an easy and comfortable one. Maria was especially wonderful—efficient, informative, careful, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond, and as someone who works in the medical field, I truly valued her efforts and the thoughtful support she provided. Love Northwoods Dental Spa I have been coming here for probably over 10 years now. Maria at the front desk is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. She remembers everything and is great at explaining your treatment plans and how to work out your insurance options, she always puts my mind at ease. Dr Blaess is one in a million, extremely good at what she does. She is so much faster and more accommodating than any dentist I’ve seen. They have TV, headphones, glasses, etc and they’ll help you get set up to watch something and get comfortable while you have work done. Their facility is always very clean and nicely set up. You can tell they genuinely prioritize the care and comfort of their patients, highly recommend!

Ive been to Northwoods for years now. I go for my regular cleanings, and I received my Invisalign through them. Maria, the person whom ive interacted with the most up front, has always listened to any concern I may have had and addressed them quickly. Very attentive staff, reception knows me by name, the dentist accomodates most people's schedules, very cool place. If your looking for a new place, I would recommend this place....Just ask for Maria!

Had a great experience thanks to Maria at the front desk eventhough i was a lot of pain. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and kind. She made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. It's clear she takes pride in her work and values every patient who walks through the door as does Dr.Hernandez. Thanks to them i was able to get referred out and seen the same day for oral surgery, thanks again for your outstanding service!.Dr. Hernandez was very helpful and has very good bed side manners. He truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend!!!
