Quite helpful, thank you. Responsive enough, but not responsive when it comes to a provider whom which I personally spoke to. This girl was unresponsive and weird, and had a RUDE tone to it—couldn’t improve the tone throughout the call. She did not even answer my questions and try to help in the slightest, she just literally transferred me without answering anything to member services when it wasn’t even viable for the day!! Kick people like that out of there if this is the on-set energy!

Like many of us, trying to find a compassionate & professional provider that provides adequate care can be challenging. Fortunately, that’s exactly the kind of physician Dr. Clark is. I’ve been a patient of his since 2021 and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. One of the things that I really appreciate about Dr. Clark is his patience. He isn’t one of those Doctors that’s standing by the door with his hand on the nob, ready to walkout while you’re talking. He actually takes his time during your appointments and listens to your concerns. Dr. Clark has provided me with excellent care! I’ve never had an issue with referrals or prescriptions. If you’re looking for a genuine PCP that’s knowledgeable, competent, willing to help, who’s also welcoming, compassionate, patient, understanding with great bedside manners, he’s your guy! He checks all the boxes. A True Professional! I Highly Recommend Dr. Kerry Clark. He’s Wonderful! Also, I’d like to acknowledge the lab technician Mrs. Sylvia. She’s always pleasant, and gentle during the phlebotomy.

It takes 3-6 months to get appointments you could be dead by the time you get appointment. Rude staff nobody seems to know what they’re doing there. They do the least for you as long as they get their paycheck. It’s best to go to urgent care and then go from there! Thank God for urgent care.

(Read until the end) I was so nervous to walk in here because the last time I was here, the front desk staff were HORRIBLE. The doctors are fantastic here, but the receptionist desk used to be the worst employees of any business/office I have ever encountered. They were loud, obnoxious, rude, they’d condescendingly make fun of you, they would gossip, curse, and talk about their personal drama and party life sooo loudly in the waiting room. It was awful. They would hang up on you if you called. They’d glare at you as you were talking. I could go on and on. It was appalling, to say the least. Thankfully, it seems this medical office has listened to the multiple reviews regarding the front desk staff. When I walked in today, the entire front desk staff was new (as opposed to my last visit), they were polite and respectful, smiled at you, and were super helpful! Immediately felt more comfortable coming here. I hope this continues and this front desk staff remain! Please do NOT go back to the old staff. The doctors and nurses are amazing here and the front desk staff today were a much better representation and team to this office!

This facility may be better than San Fernando, but if a so called dr. Shabana Tariq moves to this facility please refuse her care. Complaints with the CEOof NEVHC and licensing board will be contacted re: patient abandonment, leaving appointment after being questioned, not threatened, not angry, simply questioned. My blood pressure medication not refilled when at first was going to be refilled. This so called doctor sent the closing admin person to let me know she was not returning to appointment. I will never visit one of these facilities again. Mind you this was the last appointment of the day 8:30pm.
