I've been seeing Dr. Truong at New Image Dental in Fontana for about five years now. What keeps me coming back is the combination of skill, genuine care, and how they treat you as a person — not just a patient. From the front desk to the assistants, they greet me by name and take time to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Truong explains things clearly, answers questions patiently, and never makes me feel rushed. What I appreciate most is how they've worked with me on cost. I honestly didn't think I'd be able to afford three dental implants, but they laid out an interest-free plan that made it completely manageable. And when I recently lost my removable bridge, they offered to replace it at half price without me even having to ask. That kind of flexibility and generosity is rare. Everyone there is genuinely pleasant to talk with — it's one of those offices where you actually don't mind going. If you're looking for a dental office that's both highly skilled and truly personal, I'd strongly recommend them.

I had an emergency dental procedure and treatment done. I was satisfied friendly staff especially the dental assistant that brought me back due to my anxiety I’ve had at my last dental office. The hygienist was gentle and thoughtful of my needs and my anxieties as well. They worked with me on my payment as well. Very satisfied, I already recommended them to my friends and family.

This was my first time visiting this Dentist Clinic. Came in for my regular cleaning. This office is located in a busy plaza, close to the Tesla Supercharger station. When I first walked it, the waiting area was clean and organized. The girls by the front desk were friendly and courteous; greeted me with a smile. I went in for my cleaning, and I'm so glad the Hygienist was able to point out the areas that needed more attention, and also where I needed additional care. She was able to take her time to clean every part of my teeth. I didn't feel pain at all, and on top of it all, I was able to watch tv while getting my teeth cleaned. Overall, experience was excellent. I'll definitely recommend this clinic. If you have phobias in visiting a dentist clinic, and if you 're afraid of feeling pain from your visit, then you can come to this clinic. You won't feel any pain at all.
