Went to my local Clarks and saw a table set up for "arm shots" with Vitamin B-12 and other nutrients. The lady Roxanna was not very friendly acting like she was doing me a favor by her presence. Anyway paid the 45.00 for it and it seems worthless. No "more energy" or any benifit at all.

I went to see ND Roxana Mohrdar because the regular dr and health insurance don’t think something is wrong with me, even I was so sick and couldn’t think or do normal stuff. Dr Mohrdar ask to see all my labs and then she ordered some more that she knew were helpful to find the problem. She found out that I had a resistant bacteria in my gut. With nutritional supplements, vitamin mixes and IV infusions that she recommended I was able to climb out of the hole I was in and didn’t need anymore antibiotics that don’t kill resistant bacteria. The appointments and IV’s and supplements are very expensive, as much as insurance premiums but of course I will pay for the one that could save my life. Thanks Dr Mohrdar for been there to listen and research to find the problem.

I called this location after finding out they sell Powerstep insoles and wanted to confirm if they had a specific model in stock. The person who answered the phone told me they were short-staffed and couldn’t check. I completely understand being busy, but I would’ve been happy to wait on hold for a minute or two just to find out before making the drive. Instead, I was told to “call back later this afternoon,” which came across as dismissive. I was trying to support their business, but the interaction made it seem like my call wasn’t important. I ended up purchasing the product elsewhere. Hopefully, the store can improve on customer service and communication going forward.

Dr. Roxana’s recommendations and the results we have seen have been helpful for myself and my husband. I love her approach and I have never been treated with such good care, concern anywhere else. From the sweet nurse Sophia who is kind, patient and gentle to the ladies who work at the onsite pharmacy to Barbara at the front desk who will jump through hoops to help you. I’m so thankful we finally found our Dr. Thank you Dr. Roxana and your entire staff.

We were curious about thermography and attempted to ask while we were there for vitamin injections (tuesday 4/15) . The front desk lady was incredibly unpleasant and dismissive. She was annoyed at simple questions and zero eye contact. It was off-putting and don't plan to return. There was another nurse there and also, not even a smile. This place lacks a warm welcoming environment. No way will I pay $500+ for services with personnel like that. Your front desk is a reflection of your operations.
