Extremely frustrating experience with Centrist Modern Dental. The wait times here are ridiculous, even when you have a scheduled appointment. What is the point of making an appointment if patients are still expected to sit around for an excessive amount of time because the office appears to overbook its time slots? What makes it even more frustrating is that they have a $25 cancellation fee for patients. If you expect patients to respect your schedule and financially penalize them for canceling, then that same level of respect should be given to the patient’s time. You can’t consistently overbook appointments, have people waiting well beyond their scheduled time, and then turn around and charge patients when their schedule changes. I understand that dental offices can occasionally run behind because procedures take longer than expected or emergencies happen. That’s completely reasonable. But excessive wait times shouldn’t feel like the normal way the office operates. Patients have jobs, families, childcare responsibilities, and other appointments. Our time matters too. Either schedule appointments realistically or reconsider charging cancellation fees when the office itself can’

Doctor B is my dentist and I am really satisfied. Make an appointment is required. Emergency walking. Sometimes, there are often a lot of people, so expect to wait. 2 Restrooms. Free coffee maker. Free parking. Next to Marshall TJ Max Ross Trader Joe's.

I’ve had extractions, fillings, and implant treatment with Dr. B, and every experience has been outstanding. He is incredibly skilled, gentle, and professional. What amazed me the most is how comfortable he makes every procedure. Even treatments I was nervous about turned out to be virtually painless. He always takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. B to anyone looking for a dentist they can truly trust.

5 STARS. To Dr. B!! Best dentist I’ve ever had. His staff overbooks clients, expect to sit there for hours and hours before you are seen. I also made the big mistake to get my Invisalign treatment with their Ortho… algo great doctor, TERRIBLE staff. They don’t answer the phone, when they do; they put you on hold, for sure will tell you they will call you back … they don’t !!! Both my kids stopped going there and switched dentists due to the long long long wait

Overall service is ok, not great but ok. The worse part of all is the wait time, if your appointment is at 9am, most likely you are still waiting an hour later. Their scheduling is horrible and they seem to overbook patients. Their front desk needs customer service training. There’s tvs in reception but are off all the time. Definitely looking for another Dentist as well as my family and friends that currently come here. Very inconsiderate of your wait time. If you have time to waste this is your place, then you should be ok. Good luck!
