This place is money hungry. In a time where money is tight they false advertise and my husband spent $200 and they are refusing service. They advertised $200 a year membership with one cleaning and x rays. My husband walked in did the x rays and then they proceeded to state they won't do the cleaning cause he supposedly has gum disease and $500 worth of work needing done which no he doesn't and they refused to clean his teeth without paying said $500 and doing the recommended treatment. So basically he paid $200 for an xray for nothing!!!! This is robbery. Some people are struggling financially and to do that is absolutely disgusting. I will tell everyone we know to stay clear of this place.

Not a good look. I called both Garland and Richardson locations, pressed what it said to press for a new patient and just got a few rings before it hung up, at both locations. I was going to try them out but if this is how they conduct their NEW patient calls, I'll go somewhere else.

I was very please with my experience! The Dentist and the dental hygienist made sure I was informed about my oral health. They also, made sure I was comfortable during my exam and cleaning. The front office staff were professional, polite, and accommodating. The dental plan offered made my treatment affordable.

They do have high tech equipment..the offices are nice however beyond that there is honestly no difference from any other accredited dental practice. They set plans based on billing of insurance which seems to be their number one priority and personally I’ve tried opting for less invasive treatments but was rejected. So, whatever they say you need, is going on the treatment plan. Not the best but def not the worst.

I’m a client at the Garland location. My last two visits was great! The Orthodontists were always great! Very informative and kind. But the two assistants were very welcoming and they both did their jobs throughly, I didn’t have to ask for anything . It was my first time meeting the two ladies. The new crew on Tuesdays Rocks! I now enjoy my appointments.
