I really enjoyed my time at MINT Dental Assistant Academy! The instructors were supportive and knowledgeable, and I gained valuable hands-on experience and skills that prepared me for the dental field. I’m grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend MINT to anyone interested in becoming a dental assistant!

My experience at MINT was nothing short of amazing! Ms. Katrina was a phenomenal instructor and was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and caring :) I’m a huge introvert and honestly struggle with classroom settings but I really enjoyed this program and this never felt like a weakness here! I would recommend MINT for anyone looking to enter the dental field. For anyone curious the curriculum is split into 7 weeks: week one covers the basics of sterilization/infection protocols, week two covered patient care/chair side manner, week three covered dental charting/tooth anatomy using open dental software, week four covered radiology (with a focus on FMX periapicals), week five covered alginate impressions and gypsum stone models, and week six was open practice to prepare for the final exam. Week seven is the state board exam. The course was fast paced but still very manageable! I’m very grateful for the doors MINT has opened for me :)

Really great experience overall! The program is fast-paced but very informative, and the instructors are helpful and patient. I feel confident starting my dental career after completing it. Highly recommend!

Took this course to better myself and prepare for the real world.! Ms. Des was great and very hands on.!! I would recommend the Academy to anyone.! Ms. Fernanda was great as well.! She definitely works with your on your payment and keeps you update.!

For the past 6 years I have been a stay at home mom. Unfortunately we weren’t making any progress financially and I just knew in my heart that my kids deserved more in life. When I first applied to be in the program I had some problems from my past that I was afraid would hold me back. But Mrs Fernanda from day one told me what I needed to do and how to do it. I never felt judged by her all I felt was compassion and understanding. She is the main reason why I applied to be in course. Her kindness guided me through out the application process. It was at that point just from talking to her on the phone that I knew I was in the right place. God had led here. Then I met my instructor Mrs. Des. From the very first day I met her I knew if I strive to be like any one in life it’s her. She’s so smart so funny and honestly a joy to be around. The amount of knowledge and love that she has for the dental industry shines through her everyday. Lastly I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs Dom towards the end of my course.
