From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The receptionist was polite, friendly, and made the check-in process easy, which helped calm my nerves right away. I have a lot of dental anxiety, and the entire staff treated me with such kindness, patience, and compassion. Dr. Dees took the time to explain everything, never made me feel rushed, and was incredibly gentle throughout the procedure. They continuously checked to make sure I was comfortable, which made a stressful experience so much easier. If you're someone who gets anxious about dental work, I can't recommend this office enough. Their professionalism, gentle care, and genuine compassion made all the difference. Thank you to the entire team for turning what I expected to be a scary experience into such a positive one!

Wonderful experience! No one wants a root canal but that pain on its own gets to be about as fun as...I actually don't have a solid comparison but something regarding a jack hammer, acid and razor blades sounds close. This is my third root canal, with the other two being at a different location, where I didn't have a good experience. I have genuine trauma from evil dentists and experiences so am very hesitant and immensely anxious when dealing with any dental-related situation. My pain was so intense this time that I couldn't wait to get the oral sedation and opted to just do the gas. However, the atmosphere there combined with the competency meant I actually fell asleep! Ahaha. They even checked my bite and got me some antibiotics to make sure everything that could be covered, was. I hadn't been able to eat, drink, sleep, or speak well, at all until then and left with a half numb mouth but talking up a storm then zonked out for half a day when I got home. The front desk lady was also awesome. I hope I never have to go back, lol, but if I ever need another root canal, that's exactly where I'll be going! Highly recommend!

BEST dental experience ever! Dr. Dees and Robin made me feel completely at ease during the root canal retreatment. No discomfort during the procedure and no pain afterward-no medication needed! Highly recommended. 10 /10!

100% Recomiendo a Dr Dees y Sarai! Me trataron muy bien y volvería a ir si lo necesitara. Ellas fueron un amor! Muy profesionales y tienen mucha experiencia, me explicaron todo. My honest opinion is Dr Dees and her assistant (Sarai) were amazing! Great experience. Sarai did a great job explaining to me the forms I signed and what they meant, she put me at ease because I felt like I signed my rights away and cleared them of any wrong doing. They were knowledgeable, explained everything, checked on me periodically, used very good and quality equipment (the only thing I didn’t like is the little cup they put on my nose for the gas) the edges are very, very rough on the skin, but that’s not on the staff. Sarai was very nice and professional. Worth my money 100%. I hope I don’t have to go back ever, but if I need to I would look for the same Dr. my Doctor was kind, friendly and definitely has tons of experience. My Doctor was giving me feedback in the process saying you are doing good 👍🏼 which I appreciated because I was trying to do my best for her to have the best working conditions as it would only benefit me. Everyone there is very professional thoughtful and kind. Dr. Dees is very good at her trade (hence the awards on her walls). Her assistant, Robin is awesome too! Even though I wish I didn’t have to visit her for a root canal, I’m glad I came here. Highly recommend!!
