We are from Little Rock, Arkansas, and had just happened to be in Frisco, Texas, for a weekend trip to trade in our car. I will never forget my experience at Medical City Frisco, and I am endlessly grateful to Dr. Ortiz, all of the nurses, and entire medical team who saved both my life and my daughter’s life. My placenta abrupted while I was out to eat, and I began experiencing a life-threatening emergency. The ambulance arrived within 10 minutes and got me to the emergency room in just five minutes. I had lost almost all of my blood and ultimately received seven units of blood. The medical team acted quickly, rushing me to the operating room and delivering my beautiful baby girl, Sienna, at just 27 weeks. She was taken straight to the NICU, where she has been receiving incredible care. Despite being born so early, Sienna is a strong little fighter and continues to thrive. I am so thankful for every doctor, nurse, and NICU staff member who has cared for her with such compassion, skill, and dedication. They have treated her as if she were their own and have given our family hope during an incredibly frightening time. The staff also took wonderful care of me throughout my recovery

I had a Cardio CTA scan at Medical City Frisco today and the entire process was seamless and efficient. The staff was eager to make my time there as comfortable as possible! Thanks to Eni, Sojana, Tatyana and JJ for making what might be a stressful experience feel like it was a piece of cake!

I had my C-section here two weeks ago, and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who took care of me. I honestly can’t pick one nurse to mention because every single nurse was amazing. They were all kind, caring, patient, and made me feel comfortable during my stay. I’m truly thankful to each and every one of them. A special thank you to my OB-GYN, Dr. Lisa Varghese. She did a wonderful job with my C-section, and everything went smoothly. I really appreciate her care and professionalism. I also want to thank the anesthesiologist who was with me in the operating room. I don’t know his name, but he was an older gentleman with a lot of experience. I was very worried that getting the epidural would be another bad experience like it was during my first C-section. But thanks to him, everything went smoothly. He explained everything, helped me stay calm, and made me feel safe throughout the procedure. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m truly grateful for his excellent care. Thank you again to the entire team for making such an important day in my life a positive experience. I truly appreciate everything you did for me and my baby.

I came in to the ER Medical City Frisco with heart attack symptoms. They immediately took me in with no waiting. Each nurse was so kind and empathetic. Took great care of me. I was transferred to the PCU, Personal Care Unit and the care and immediate attention I received was top notch. Each shift nurse was so attentive, caring and kind. I'm still amazed at the quality of care I received in addition to each employee's bedside manner. I recommend this location to anyone and if I need Medical attention again, this hospital will be my first choice. Thank you Medical City Frisco, I'm forever grateful for everyone there.

Not the most enjoyable stay at the this hospital. When it took three different people to put an iv in, I knew it was going to be a terrible stay. My surgery was late and my night nurse Anny was so sweet but seemed overwhelmed and overworked. They seemed very understaff. In the morning wasn’t different either, no bathroom tissue in my bathroom, no complimentary food for my spouse, no toiletries for showers, absolutely nothing. The food was horrible but most hospital food are lol. Every one seems like they didn’t communicate with each other or read my chart. I was told two different things with two different doctors. They were trying to keep me another night but I was more than ready to get out of there and suffer in my own home. Just had surgery 3 weeks at Medical City Lewisville and it was an extremely excellent experience. I thought I was going to have a better experience since Frisco is an upper class city, but it was below average. A lot of newer/first year and student nurses around, so maybe it’s an hospital for beginners to get some experience. Everyone was nice but I am more comfortable with people with more experience around me. Hopefully, it will be be better in the next 10
