I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. Dr. Shenoy was amazing—honest, friendly, and efficient, and took the time to make me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The office was clean, organized, and very accommodating. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent endodontic care.

The doctors at this office are attentive, professional, and did an excellent job with my root canal. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the front office and billing department. I arrived in severe pain and was given a stack of documents to sign before treatment. Like many patients in that situation, I signed the paperwork so treatment could begin. No one verbally explained that one of the procedures (Ultrasonic Irrigation) would not be submitted to my dental insurance and would instead be self-paid. After treatment, I received my insurance Explanation of Benefits, and my patient responsibility was about $200 lower than what I had paid. No one from the office contacted me about the overpayment. I had to call them myself. During several conversations, I repeatedly asked for an explanation of the charges. Instead of answering my questions, I was sent a receipt that showed only the services and my payment, but not how the insurance was processed. Only after multiple calls and emails did the office explain that the Ultrasonic Irrigation Procedure had intentionally not been submitted to my insurance. They later sent me a form stating that I had elected to self-pay for that se

Exceptional practice all around. I received excellent care from Dr Shenoy. He was very good at explaining the procedure and follow up care. His office staff were superb with helping me understand the billing aspects Additionally they were very fast to reimburse a balance on my account.

Dr Shenoy did 2 root canal redos side by side at the back of mouth. The entire time I was there I felt comfortable and confident in him. He uses this vibrating tool so you don’t even feel those painful injections right at the back. I had a slight discomfort healing from it, but Dr Shenoy kept in touch with me all the way through and checked in on me until I was healed. I highly recommend Dr Shenoy and his team. His knowledge and expertise is outstanding.

Got a root canal treatment here. Amazing. Truly fantastic experience. The front office staff. Scheduling to handling. And Dr Shenoy and his dental assistant were fantastic. Accommodated my needs last minute and took care of me. Thank you
