We brought our daughter in for her first dental visit. The staff were kind and attentive, and the dentist was gentle and thorough. Scheduling was quick and everything went smoothly. The office is very kid-friendly with lots of engaging touches. We’ll be back for follow-ups and plan to continue here.

Dr. Meschi and her staff are the best! My son now looks forward to going to the dentist! From the moment we walked in, she made him feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely excited. She’s incredibly patient, gentle, and somehow manages to make every visit feel fun instead of stressful. You can tell she truly loves working with kids, and they love her right back. After seeing how amazing she was with my son, I didn’t even hesitate…immediately decided my daughter will be seeing her too. We’re so grateful we found her, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!

We had a wonderful experience at Little Smiles of OC! The entire staff was friendly, patient, and made my child feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The office was clean, welcoming, and very kid-friendly. Dr. Maggie took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and helped ease any nerves. We’ve been with Little Smiles of OC for both of my kiddos for last 3 years. My kids love going to Little Smiles every time and have never been nervous to go. The environment is very welcoming, kids-friendly (my son loves the arcade game in the waiting area), and all the staff including front desk, dental assistants/hygienist, and dentists are very patient and friendly to both the children and parents. They are responsive with their phone calls and really attempt to find the best schedule that works for the patients and their family. Really recommend this practice!

We’ve been patients at Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry for six years and have always had a wonderful experience. My younger daughter is very sensitive when it comes to dental care, and I was worried she might need general sedation to extract two teeth. However, Dr. Meschi was able to complete the procedure using only laughing gas, and my daughter felt comfortable and calm throughout the entire process. Dr. Meschi has a reassuring, confident, and gentle approach with both children and parents, which made a big difference for us. We are truly grateful for the care we received and highly recommend this dentistry.
