We had an amazing experience at Little Heroes Dentistry! From the moment we walked in, the entire team was welcoming and kind. The service was phenomenal, and the dentist was incredibly informative, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. What truly stood out was how wonderful everyone was with our son. The dental assistant went above and beyond to keep him calm and comfortable throughout his procedure, making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier for both of us. We are so grateful for the exceptional care they provided. We highly recommend Little Heroes Dentistry to any family looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and friendly pediatric dental office. We absolutely love coming here!

Wonderful first experience. Even though my 6 month old doesn’t have teeth yet, they throughly demonstrated and explained how to care for her gums and future teeth, and answered all of our questions. They were excellent in handling and talking to my baby, they even gave her a duck. The facility was clean. Staff and Dr. Alegra were very nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

If I could turn back time, it would be to right before coming to Little Heroes. My 6 year old had a visible cavity on one molar tooth. He had a crown put on but then ended up having 7 more crowns put on all of his molar teeth without my consent. Dr. Alegra had taken x-rays of his other molar teeth and told me that she saw cavities. I know how to read x-rays, all of the teeth had very superficial, minor cavities. She suggested putting on crowns, but I never agreed as my focus was treating a single tooth. Prior to the treatment, the clinic sent me an estimate that showed an image of the 1 tooth to be treated. My husband had to take my son and he came home with a single crown and I noticed there were also rubber spacers between the other molar teeth. I initially thought it must be a temporary solution making space between molar teeth. The next appointment I thought would just be a welfare check on his crown and maybe putting in other spacers because the original ones fell out. Once again, my husband had to take my son and this time he came home with 7 crowns. My husband was surprised by the amount of work and asked me “is this what you agreed to?” I immediately freaked out. 7 crow

The staff is really friendly and talked to my daughter throughout the whole procedure. They have a happy visit where they explain the whole treatment prior to the day. They explain everything that is being done before and after they finish. Dr Allegra and Abe are awesome and genuinely care about their patients. We came from another dentist office where that was not the vibe. According to my daughter this is going to be her dentist forever. I really appreciate the care ans compassion we received here.

The wait time was surprisingly reasonable, considering the circumstances, which I greatly appreciated. The facility itself was impeccably clean, creating a pleasant and professional atmosphere. Furthermore, the staff exhibited a high degree of politeness and professionalism throughout my interactions. Overall, my experience was positive despite the initial scheduling issue. Positive reinforcement methods have transformed children's dental visits into less daunting experiences. Implementing these techniques has fostered a more relaxed atmosphere, diminishing any previous anxieties. Consequently, my children are now more cooperative, leading to improved dental care. This shift results in a more pleasant experience for both the children and the dental professionals involved. Ultimately, the goal is to establish a foundation for a lifetime of positive oral health habits.
