We brought our two young children to see Dr. Lawson after doing much research on local holistic dentists and reading glowing reviews. After a two-month long wait for an appointment, we arrived early and had to sit another hour and some in the waiting room, juggling two hyperactive kids. But that was only the beginning. Over the course of two visits, I got judged as a mother, shamed, criticized, cut off mid-sentence, and blamed for everything that was not going “right” with my child’s behavior and health. And what I was doing "right" could've been done better. All of this was based on Dr. Lawson's quick assumptions about my parenting style and character. Also, there were obvious unresolved personal issues projected onto me and my family. My desire to be included in the decision-making process was met with resentment. And I was told that I should keep quiet, let her do the work, and stay out of the way. She was snarky, constantly on edge, and passive-aggressive in her comments. We came to her practice seeking help and support, looking forward to all the benefits of a holistic approach. Instead, my child left the office traumatized by the experience and I felt like I was just used

I like this dentist and dental staff a lot. They are very friendly. But more importantly, I felt like my teeth were well cared for. I had some issues with cleaning my back teeth. The doc showed me how to properly clean the hard to reach teeth. And the dental hygienist did a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth. They made me see how easy it is to fix my issues and prevent other issues just by properly flossing and brushing. I have been flossing and brushing 3-5 times per day after my visit. Hopefully, my follow up visit will show improvement. Also - they did a great job of reviewing the bill with me. Even though my insurance covered it all, they still took the time to go over it.

Dr. Lawson and her team can't be beat! My first visit to their office was after 5 or so years without dental insurance, which meant it had been some time since having my teeth cleaned professionally. I was well taken care of, and received no lectures or guilt trips (as I had received from another dentist), and have loved every visit since. I've had a few fillings done, and had a night guard made, and appreciated having a TV in the ceiling to watch while the team went to work. The front desk staff is friendly, professional, and well-informed. I'm very happy with the service I've received, and so are my teeth!

Dr. Lawson is one of the very best dentists around. First and foremost she has tremendous integrity and you can trust her diagnosis and her thoughtful advice. Her office is very professional and her hygienists are excellent. She is also aware of current health trends and mindful of the connection between oral health and overall health. She has done impeccable work on our whole family's teeth and corrected poor work done by other dentists. Not only are her rates reasonable, but she will save you money by doing only what is necessary and doing correctly. I would give her six stars if that was an option!

The office is clean and the staff is wonderful! Andrea at the front desk is so kind and so professional. Charley gave me one of the best cleanings I have ever had and was patient with me and my four year old (who had to watch me get a cleaning). Charley gave me excellent advice for flossing and answered all of my questions. She had some great natural ways to achieve the smile I want. Patricia was wonderful as well! Patricia cleaned my timid four years old teeth... she was so kind and understanding with my little one. I was so pleased that she helped us have a positive experience! My daughter has been talking about it all week in such a positive way. Dr. Lawson was excellent! The exam was very thorough and she really helped me with concerns I had and educated me on ways to improve my problem areas. I really am happy with the amount of time she spent with me. Jessie was also very wonderful with my little one and I am appreciate her always checking in to see how we are doing and if we need anything. She really helps make the experience fantastic! I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
