I have a very good experience with this center, I love the way staff took care of me, I was in so much pain, they did everything they could to ease my pain. Doctor J. Peri was very nice and considerate. The nurse was very nice and gentle and very professional with the blood work.

I just visited this urgent care and I must say I was quite impressed with everything. Checking in was very easy, the front desk was kind, and also being seen was pretty fast compared to other urgent cares I’ve visited. My RN was named Eli and he was phenomenal. He really wanted to get to the bottom of my issue, had great bedside manner, and was extremely knowledgeable. Eli made me feel cared for and safe. Highly recommend this urgent care. I don’t want to say “I will be back” because I don’t want any health issues (LOL) but if i need urgent care services again, this is my go-to. Thank you Lakeside Community Healthcare and Eli! :)

I had a great experience here. Alexis was my nurse and she was so gentle and patient and kind with me! She has the most gentle hand! She really took her time, & Doctor Wong was also patient and reassured me about my concerns. They are both so wonderful ! Such an amazing staff! Even the women at the front desk rushed me in because of a potential emergency! 10/10 service ! I’m feeling so better! Thank you all for your attentive care ! I really could feel the care ♥️🙏

I was just in today 3/10/26 I walked up to the desk and I appreciated that the receptionists didn't have me speak out load what my symptoms were. They handed me a paper and I filled it out. I loved how my business wasn't out for the lobby to hear. She quietly offered me a throw up bag. Very nice of her. I only waited a short amount of time. NP Eli was sooo great and I cannot stress that enough. He thoroughly listened to my symptoms and did not for a second undermine what was going on. Another nurse helped out, I don't catch her name unfortunately but she put in my IV so perfectly. It did not hurt me at all like I expected it to. I was impressed because I usually have a bad experience with that. They gave 2 IV bags, offered me snacks, water, and juice. They frequently checked in on my well being. I will most definitely be back. Thank you to the wonderful staff here. You all were so kind. (Copied from my yelp review)

It is my urgent care of preference. The doctors and nurses are extremely nice. My whole family gets treated her for any healthcare need.
