Pretty disappointing experience, I was there for maybe 2 min in the chair and not much was done yet they billed my insurance and made an easy $200 off of me. Didn’t even explain my tooth problem, waste of pto and my day off. Had to go see another endo out in la who actually took his time with me. Found the practice to be very money motivated rather than patient centric which is not in line with what i look for in a provider. Dr Shinn in LA in case anyone is looking for someone more competent that’s not just after a check. Edit: My experience was with Dr Nilo not the owner of this practice. Dr Nilo seemed pretty incompetent and judging by her experience it seems the owner should reconsider having her as a temp dentist in her office again because it just cost her a returning patient.

Great staff. Doctor Christina was very thorough and explained everything I needed to know. Doctor was very comforting throughout the whole procedure explaining in detail what she was doing. Annie was a great assistant and was very friendly which made the whole experience much more easier. The whole process and procedure was so pleasant that I started to fall asleep during my root canal, LOL 😄. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Wow! Dr Kristina and her staff are THE best. Professional, knowledgeable, approachable, kind, caring and HONEST! I was totally impressed with her explaining in detail her diagnosis and recommendations. It’s so refreshing to visit a doctor where you feel comfortable, informed and have complete confidence that you’re receiving excellent care. I highly recommend LA Smiles. Definitely coming back if needed.

Excellent experience with Dr. Kristina Shagramanova (Aug. ‘25) for emergency root canal and follow ups. Because of the doctor’s great care and professionalism my wife also decided this was the place for her to get her needed work done. 2 very happy patients. 5 out of 5 ⭐️

I was very nervous coming in because my sister kept telling me how painful a root canal is and it hurts really bad and because not any positive information so coming in. I was so nervous but honestly great staff. They were very comforting and made sure I was good throughout the whole procedure, to specify the assistant Diana was super nice and friendly and very comforting and made my experience while waiting not bad at all. My nerves went away as she was just reassuring me that it would be okay. Dr Kristina Shagramanova was amazing made sure I did not feel a thing while my whole produce and Everytime I felt a slight pain she numbed me more so honestly 1000/10. I’ll definitely recommend to others.
