We had our daughter’s first visit at Kids Tooth Team and it was such a great experience! Mari and the dentist were amazing with her from start to finish — patient, thorough, and so friendly. They gave us a tour of the office beforehand, which helped my daughter feel comfortable right away, and they let us know there were private rooms available in case she needed a quieter, more sensitive experience, which we really appreciated. My daughter had so much fun — she loved getting her picture taken, picking out a toy, and getting stickers at the end. It made her first dental visit a genuinely positive one. Highly recommend this office for any parent looking for a warm, patient team for their kids!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Daniel at Kids Tooth Team. First, I do want to say that every experience we have had with Kids Tooth Team has been positive. The dentist and the rest of the staff have always been kind, welcoming, and great with my son. You can tell they care about the children and families they serve. But I especially want to recognize Daniel because this past week, and particularly yesterday, he truly went above and beyond for our family. We started working on everything around 8 in the morning and were still trying to get things figured out close to 5 that afternoon. Daniel spent so much time making calls, following up, communicating with me, and doing everything he possibly could to help get my son cleared and ready for his dental procedure. I genuinely felt like he put so much of his own work aside because he cared about getting my son the care he needed. Unfortunately, my son was ultimately unable to have the procedure and will need to see his neurologist first, but that does not take away from how incredibly grateful I am for everything Daniel did. Dr. Ana and her RDA Kaylie were so amazing with my son who is on the autism spectrum! We have been to see multiple other dentist who did not have the patience they showed us today! Wonderful experience! Plus there waiting room has the coolest virtual art board we loved playing with!

I had an extremely poor experience with this office. When I checked in for an appointment, I was told I had an outstanding balance. When I asked why I was never contacted about it, the front desk staff admitted they hadn't reached out. They did say they didn't send to collections! Well good because they didn't contact me. After calling my insurance company, I confirmed the visit was 100% covered and I owed $0. It took 5 unreturned phone calls and promises of a manager callback that never happened before I finally just showed up in person. I then had to wait 45 minutes to speak with billing. They blamed a former employee for the error and claimed the long wait was due to a high volume of walk-ins; though not a single other customer walked in while I sat there It turns out insurance paid, but the office simply didn't like the contracted rate. Instead of handling that with the provider, they tried to pass the bill onto me. I was assured they would resolve it and issue a refund, but after multiple follow-up attempts, I was ignored. This place is a nightmare. They are overcharging customers for their own internal insurance issuesand have zero communication. Avoid them

To be clear this post is not reflective of the treatment that the staff gave my son, they were incredibly patient and kind and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. My issue resides with the handling of financial matters as regards to optional procedures. My son had 3 cavities that needed to be dealt with and a sedative was heavily recommended for the procedure. I was skeptical at first, since he was so young and I feared that he would not be able to handle the procedure I thought anesthesia would be preferable so he would feel any discomfort. I was assured at the effectiveness of the sedative and that there would be no problems. As I feared the sedative was not effective enough and the procedure was unable to be performed, yet I was still left holding the bill for a failed procedure and staring down the barrel of now also having to pay for another procedure using anesthesia. The initial explanation of the cost of the sedative was also very unclear. I was handed a paper with a breakdown of cost filled with medical jargon and one single number of 200 dollars highlighted. This smaller number highlighted was the amount that would be covered by insurance while I was stuck
