We had an amazing experience with Dr. Holt and the entire Kids Dental team! As a parent of an infant, I was a little nervous about our first dental visit, but they made both my child and me feel completely comfortable from the moment we walked in. Dr. Holt was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He developed a great preventative plan to help preserve my child's dental health and gave us practical advice to set the foundation for a lifetime of healthy smiles. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with genuine care. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a positive and stress-free experience for our family. I highly recommend Kids Dental to any parent looking for exceptional pediatric dental care. We couldn't be happier with our experience and look forward to many future visits!

Dr. Li and the staff have given my children a positive, fun, and peaceful dental experience each time we go. All of the staff we have encountered have been timely, professional, and kind. We love seeing Dr. Li because she is very knowledgeable, thorough in her exams/explanations, and is proactive in preventing possible issues. I am glad to have found a trusted place my children can grow with for dental care.

I have been visiting this clinic for almost a year for my children’s dental care. Over the last two months, after visits for both of my sons, I have started feeling less confident and comfortable continuing here. At almost every visit, I seem to receive very similar feedback from the doctor — that a cavity needs to be filled, even when the area is barely visible. Similar concerns were raised for both of my sons, and over time this has made me feel uneasy. As a parent, my main concern is not the money. My concern is any drilling being done on a child’s tooth unless it is truly the last resort. I also felt uncomfortable that I was not allowed to sit beside my child during treatment. Another issue was that despite asking several times for the X-rays, I did not receive my younger son’s X-rays until about two months later. I was also advised to buy a fluoride toothpaste directly from the clinic, and when I asked for a prescription instead, I was told I would need to come back another day. The staff was polite, but overall I no longer feel the level of confidence and comfort I need as a parent. Because of that, I am planning to switch my kids to another dentist.

We've been with kids dental for several years now, and I highly recommend them! They are great with the kiddos, have a super fun indoor playground, and let the kids choose a video to watch during their cleanings/treatments. I also want to brag on their staff for fabulous customer service yesterday. I was having a hangry and frustrating Monday of a Tuesday, and while the ladies there couldn't do anything about the original reason for my grumpiness, they stood in solidarity with this mama and turned my frown upside down. They went out of their way to consolidate my split up over 2 days appointments for my daughters, adjusting their schedule to help me with ours. It wasn't a big thing for them (or at least they acted like it wasn't) but it was a huge much needed win for me. Thank you all for your support and help! THIS is the kind of place that makes you feel like you belong.

We recently visited Dr. Jeff Holt for my 4-year-old son’s tooth extraction, and I’m so glad we found him. Dr. Holt carefully reviewed all the reports, explained the treatment options thoroughly, and patiently answered our questions. We initially came for a second opinion to decide between anesthesia and nitrous oxide, and his clear guidance helped us make the right decision with confidence. What impressed me most was how he treated my son—with the same care and attention he would give his own family. Despite having consulted two other doctors before, I felt most comfortable and reassured with Dr. Holt’s approach. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine compassion made the entire experience much easier for both my child and me. Thanks a lot and lot to Dr.Holt. I highly recommend Dr. Holt to any parent looking for a dentist who combines expertise with kindness and true concern for their patients.
