I had my initial visit today with Kane and Kerper's team. Of course I screwed up by arriving VERY LATE but they were still able to accommodate my first appointment. Hats off to the front office staff! George the hygienist was very professional and knew his stuff! Dr Kerper performed the exam. He too was professional and accomodating. Will definitely choose their services going forward.

Had an Appt for a Monday AM cleaning and got a call Thursday night for work (Navy) that I'll be traveling out of town for an emergency out of my control. Friday morning I get a call to confirm my appointment and let them know the situation. Office had the audacity to charge a $75 cancellation fee. Lady on the line was extremely unprofessional, rude, and unaccommodating and I will be finding a new dental office after coming here for over 5 years. This place will hit you with ridiculous fees.

They are overpriced and they will get you on cancellation fees. Additionally, doctors don’t review patients’ reports; I had to inform the oral surgeon about my procedures and reasons. At one point, my entire family was going there, but we stopped after two or three visits.

It’s been almost a year since I started coming here, and I can honestly say this place changed my entire relationship with dental care. My very first visit, I was full of anxiety—I even cried from nerves and fear. Since then, I’ve had a lot done: cavity fillings, whitening, extractions, and the process toward new teeth. Every step of the way, the dentists and surgeon have been amazing—knowledgeable, patient, detailed, and truly reassuring. The staff is just as incredible: gentle, caring, and supportive. When I have questions or concerns I am received with patience. I’ve experienced a complete 360 change. I’m calm when I go now, I feel safe, and I actually trust the process. What once felt terrifying has become a genuinely positive experience. I’m so grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism of this entire team.

Just had my first appointment with Dr. Kane and I am so very impressed with everything about the office. I have found my forever dentist office. And the ladies in front were so very nice to me too and explained everything so I could understand.
