If your tooth has deteriorated to the point where a root canal is necessary, then Dr. Chen is someone you can trust. I had swelling in my lower left jaw due to an infection, and after evaluation, a root canal was required. I found Dr. Chen through online research. On the day of the procedure, I was still quite anxious, as it was my first root canal. But once it was over, I finally felt at ease. A painless procedure is one thing, but what stood out was how smooth and efficient the entire process was. It was completed in under an hour, and I could see Dr. Chen frequently changing instruments throughout. The post treatment X-ray showed that the root canal was cleaned and shaped with remarkable precision, smoothly tapered from the chamber down to the root tip, maximizing the preservation of enamel and dentin. All I can say is that Dr. Chen’s level of skill is exceptional. Even in today’s AI driven, rapidly advancing era, I find it hard to imagine any technology truly replacing craftsmanship of this caliber.

I've never felt so safe and cared for in a dental chair. Thanks to family genetics, I've needed a lot of complicated root canals from a lot of endodontists over many years, and the care I received from Dr. Chen and her staff was, by an order of magnitude, the most caring, patient, and understanding dental experience I've had in my life. Her empathy and bedside manner are the most perceptive and non-judgemental I've ever been given, and while I walked in on the verge of a panic attack in tears, I genuinely left smiling. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone in need of an endodontist- Dr. Chen and her staff are absolute *diamonds*.

From Judy's calm, comforting demeanor, the relaxing music, and the thorough explanations and images, everything about my experience gave me confidence that this was the fix I needed.
