Called the staff about my broken crown and they were able to see me immediately, even as a new patient. Quickly verified my insurance, conducted x-rays, 3D scans, and exam was concise. Dr. Joy and the staff, Stacey, Victor, and Clarisa were excellent. Out the door with a tooth extraction in less than 2 hours. Thank you!

First appointment, it was for emergency dental services. They set me up for what needed to be done and had affordable options for payments if it gets pricey where dental work often tends to be. So far I am pleased. If treatments go well to I will plan to bring my kids here in the future.

I had an amazing experience! The entire team was fast, caring, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Jefferson Dental provided an excellent experience today. The professional staff greeted us warmly as we entered. Dr. Joy and dental hygienist Stacey offered great care, explaining everything step by step. Office manager Clarisa helped me find a budget-friendly solution for my dental work. I love this place I went to several dentist and they all recommended pulling every tooth out my mouth while in my 30s. Dr. Joy was the only dentist that was willing to help me get my smile back. This doctor is sincerely immaculate. When I tell you that I love my smile I meant every word and I didn't experience any pain during the process. The staff is great and friendly and Marco was great with providing me with different financial options. Thank you guys so much for a wonderful experience. Miss Brown
