I'm the type of person who is TERRIFIED of the dentist. I found Dr. Pinedo a few years ago and she was so kind. Recently, while traveling in Florida, I had to have emergency dental work done. Long story short - the work was a complete failure and I have been in pain for the 3 months while we were with family. I was able to see Dr. Bischoff upon my return. On my first meeting, she treated me with patience and kindness. Through my fright and tears, she examined me, and we came up with a plan. I also had a cleaning with Eric who was gentle and thorough; probably my best cleaning to date. And I would be remiss without mentioning Jackie, who's at the front desk. Her compassion, understanding, and kindness kept me from a complete meltdown. (Thank you Jackie for being my point person!) Now it's time to start to repair and replace. I'm still afraid.... but at least feel like I am in the presence of those who have knowledge, experience, and kindness. (see the recurring theme!).

I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Pinedo’s office today at 2:30pm as a new patient. I received a text to complete their new patient paperwork. The forms required both my Social Security number and driver’s license number in order to be seen. Since this seemed unusual, I called the office to clarify. The office manager confirmed that providing both pieces of information is mandatory under their policy and that I would not be treated as a patient without them. I explained that I’ve been seen at other dental offices before and never once was required to surrender this level of personal information. Unfortunately, because I wasn’t comfortable handing over my Social Security and driver’s license, I had to cancel my appointment. I’m sharing this review to make other patients aware: while it is not standard practice at most dental offices, this office has chosen to make it a requirement. If you’re comfortable providing that information, this may not be an issue for you—but if not, be aware before you schedule

I was a regular going on nine years. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dr Pinedo herself as well as Dr Mann. Both of them were always a pleasure, as were the hygienists who assisted me. My biggest issue was never with the work provided to me but the billing and the front office worker Sandra. In 2023 I decided to get Invisalign and was given a print out of the cost. A portion to be paid by me and the rest through my insurance. Sandra had me sign the paper and I paid my portion and under the assumption everything was taken care of. Over a year later and Sandra finally tells me that there’s an issue with my insurance. Apparently my insurance pays out every 6 months and not all up front to the dental office. They apparently paid out the first half and the second half was to be sent in march or April of 2024. In November my job allows us to change plans for the upcoming year and since I was under the assumption that everything had been taken care of for my Invisalign, I switched to an alternative plan(same insurance) that was cheaper since because the payout of ortho was less. I spoke to my insurance and they told me that Sandra had failed to communicate this information to me. T

Great experience! Very kind and welcoming staff! The waiting room is beautiful and the office has new and upgraded technology. The exam chairs have a massage function, which really helped me relax even through some nervousness. The hygienist was very gentle and kind and patient, which made the whole experience very enjoyable. The dentist was very knowledgeable and informative and took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail. I never felt rushed or pressured. I would 100% (and have) recommend their offices to my friends and family.

My first visit was very good. Natalie, the front desk staff, was exceptionally helpful in helping us with our appointments and the transition from our former dental office. Very upbeat and cooperative. Elma, the hygienist was thorough and always concerned about my comfort and understanding of what she was doing. Dr. Lori Mann, was also thorough and explained the diagnosis after viewing the X-rays. I am looking forward to meeting Dr. Pinedo as she was the doctor to whom we were originally referred. So far so good!
