The front desk staff at Jades Dentistry is fantastic! Despite my nervousness and past traumatic experiences at the dentist, they were incredibly helpful and friendly. They truly deserve five stars: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you, front desk team! The office decor is spacious, comfortable, and inviting, which helps create a calm and relaxed atmosphere in the waiting room. It’s important to treat all patients with kindness and respect, as you never know who might need a little extra compassion and attention. If you’re in the healing profession, take a moment to ask your patients what they need to feel comfortable. Simple questions like, “How can I help you feel more comfortable today?” can make a big difference. Remember, eye contact is key. The dental assistant, Luce, was initially a bit standoffish but ended up being helpful and friendly. We even shared a few laughs! Thank you, Luce! Great Dental Office. I've been going there for over 25 years. I travel at least 2hrs to get there. That should say enough. I'm sad because my dentist , Dr. Lyn is retiring. He has been so good to me. Congratulation Dr. Lyn and it's time for you to enjoy life.

Dr. Victoria Chiu and her tech Susie are highly competent dental professionals, who are mindful of your pain, your budget, and your self-care. I was looking for a routine exam, X-rays, and cleaning, as well as to fix chips in my 2 front teeth, and perhaps try whitening for the first time. I submitted a request on their website. A few hours later, Maddy sent me an email with a link to their new patient forms online. I really appreciated being able to key in this info from the comfort of my home and laptop, rather than scribbling it in pen while digging through my phone in the waiting room before my appointment. She also provided quotes for all the procedures I requested, which was important since I'm uninsured, paying cash. Dr. Chiu also gave me a call to discuss the order in which my procedures would best be done, and set realistic expectations for teeth whitening since I'd never done it before. Before each step, Dr. Chiu would spend time educating me about how everything works, and answer any questions I had. I’ve been going to Jade Dentistry in Torrance for many years now and have consistently had great experiences. The front desk employee Susie, is always friendly and welcoming. She makes check-in and scheduling really easy and always greets patients with a smile. The dental hygienist does an excellent job—very thorough but also gentle during cleanings. They explain everything clearly and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor is also fantastic: professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer questions and go over any concerns. Recently Doctor Yang fixed a chipped tooth for me and made a custom night guard, and both turned out great. Everything was done carefully and the results have been excellent. My wife also goes to Jade Dentistry and has had the same positive experience. After many visits, we both feel confident in the care we receive. The whole team is caring, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dental office in Torrance.
