My review is not only for the business individually, but also in comparison to other similar Endodontic offices which I have visited in the past. Dr. Um has provided me with such professional and quality care on my first visit, that I will definitely return and refer her to all my family and friends who have needs for endodontic care. I visited the Irvine office, it was clean and bright, her staffs were polite, pleasant and efficient throughout the whole visit. Insurance handling was a breeze. Dr. Um was professional, gentle and gave me all the information I needed in order to help me make the best treatment decision. Definitely earned my respect and a 5 stars recommendation.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Elsherif. It was a pleasant experience. it was done very fast and efficiently, and my jaws didn’t even hurt after the procedure. would highly recommend

I had a root canal with curved roots. The endodontist was amazing. She worked really hard and pain free to save my tooth. I highly recommend this group.

This morning I had an apicoectomy with a bone graft performed by Dr. Um, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the very first visit, she really took her time to explain my situation clearly answered all my questions with patience and made sure I understood every step of the process. Dr. Um and her staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. They even offered me a blanket or a squeeze ball to hold onto before starting. I joked about wanting a teddy bear (which they didn’t have), but that small gesture showed how much they cared about easing patient anxiety. The procedure went smoothly, recovery instructions were clear, and I felt supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for an endodontist who combines skill, compassion, and attention to detail, I highly recommend Dr. Um. Thank you Dr. Um for excellent care of your patients.
