Website clearly states that they offer same-day appointments. Website also states that they're able to perform emergency extractions same day. Upon calling and attempting to schedule an appointment, I was informed that both of these items, which are both listed bold-faced on the top of their website, were false and that I would not only need to schedule days in advance, but I would also need to pay for multiple appointments and possibly a referral to another dentist's office to perform what many consider to be the most rudimentary and basic of dental procedures. The extreme lack of consistency between this office's marketing and patient care are alarming, to say the least.

Went in for fillings and a deep cleaning on half my mouth. Got me good and numb, fillings went really well but then I had to sit back in the lobby and wait for an hour before getting the cleaning. Overall everything was good, just don't expect your time to be respected

Every one was so nice, and I didn’t gag once. Very pleasant experience. The process is completed and now I get to “test drive” my new dentures. If there are any issues I just have to call for an adjustment. I am very happy with Ideal Dental at this time, and highly recommend them.

The most positive experience I could’ve had. Everyone from the front desk staff to the dentist were so kind and welcoming. My hygienist was great as well, she explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and did a thorough job with my cleaning. Definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental experience!
