I came in suffering from extreme difficulty breathing and chest pain and all what they did was a urine test with a fake wrong results. The doctor just came in for 10 seconds and left and the nurse just showed up once and when I tried to ask for him no one even came. I was in need for a pain killer. They didn’t give me even an oxygen or do a blood test. Horrible hospital.

I came to the emergency room seeking medical care. After being admitted into the building, I sat quietly and patiently waiting to be seen. I wasn’t causing any problems. I wasn’t being disruptive. I wasn’t arguing with staff. I was simply waiting for medical treatment. At some point after being admitted, security decided to go through my backpack. During that search, they confiscated multiple items including nicotine vape batteries, a Geek Bar device, nail clippers, and two legal cannabis vape products. One of the cannabis products was still sealed in its original packaging. What bothered me wasn’t simply the confiscation itself. If there is a policy prohibiting certain items, explain the policy. Dirtiest Hospital I've ever been in. Staff isn't doing their job professionally. They are just sitting around chitchatting while patients are not even being acknowledged. Worst service ever!

Waited over 6 hours and watched everyone who came in after me leave hours before me. No information given by receptionist. Going to try Hoag hospital next hoping for better treatment.
