Doctor Mc something I have no idea what his name was. But I was not satisfied. I went in there to see if I can get my teeth extracted but he wanted to send me to A dental specialist and ask me personal questions like if I was bulimic (THATS NONE OF HIS DAMN BUSINESS) and I needed to stop drinking Dr Pepper like You don’t tell me what to do or you don’t tell me what to eat or drink unless you’re paying my bills. I was not satisfied. I’m planning to take my business elsewhere because my father recommended the place but now he regrets it and I feel bad that he regretted that I don’t think I’ll be able to go anywhere near this clinic again. 👎

Dr. McLarty or whatever his name was, presents himself as “nice” but he is actually very rude and belittling. After waiting almost an hour after appointment time I finally got in, did the x-rays, and he finally came in but in no way addressed why I was actually there, even though I told him. He said instead that I should see an orthodontist, I told him I did not want to adjust my teeth and he got offended that I didn’t want to “fix” my smile. I mean shouldn’t I be the one to be offended by you criticizing my smile because it doesn’t fit your aesthetic??? My smile by the way, is not crooked, there are no gaps between teeth, my teeth are all lined up where they need to be, I just have slightly larger front teeth that made the other teeth form to where I have a bit of space between the top and bottom, and it’s something I am completely fine with, which I also made known. I was there on recommendation from my oral surgeon because I’m getting an implant soon and need the permanent tooth made or at least planned out. But that was not what happened and even after me saying no to adjusting my teeth he continued to tell me I should because “it would look better”. They didn’t do anything the

Mary Hannah was wonderful and gentle. I told her I have Sensitive teeth and she took all precautions to make sure my cleaning was easy and comfortable. Dr. Bierdeman has saved my teeth since I’ve been using him. He is the first dentist to explain to me that my autoimmune disease effects my oral health. 2 years later and following his instructions, I’m cavity free.

Dr. Yu and her team have been wonderful! They are very friendly, professional and do a great job with my teeth. I have not experienced pain or discomfort with any of the procedures done here.

I always have a great experience at this dental office. The staff is professional and welcoming, and my dental hygienist, Braxton, does an excellent job. She’s thorough, efficient, and makes the cleaning process easy. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for reliable dental care.
