I recently had a dental procedure performed by Dr. Ramsey. He was professional, knowledgeable and he responded to my concerns with respect and care. He worked with efficiency and a self-assuredness that made me feel like I was in good hands. Bridgett, the surgical assistant, is a credit to the team at Heritage Oral Surgery. She has a bedside manner that you wish was more common. She is a natural caretaker and she went above and beyond to put me at ease. What could have been a stressful, very unpleasant experience, was made much more comfortable with her presence and skill. Thanks again, Bridgett!

The staff here are all SO kind and made me feel safe and taken care of through the whole process of getting my Wisdom Teeth out. My recovery has been super smooth and there have been no complications at all! This is a great team, I will forever be going here for any oral surgeries.

I had an excellent experience with Heritage Oral Surgery & Implant Centers, especially with Dr. Chris Ibrahim. From the very beginning, he took the time to thoroughly educate me on my procedure and all of my options. I truly appreciated that there was no pressure; he made it clear that the decision was mine and encouraged me to choose what aligned best with my priorities, not just cost. I had a coronectomy to one of my wisdom teeth instead of an extraction, and I was honestly nervous going in, but Dr. Ibrahim made me feel completely at ease. He’s not only highly skilled, but also funny and very down-to-earth, which really helped calm my nerves. The procedure itself was done with such precision, care, and attention to detail; it felt very controlled and seamless. Most importantly, everything was handled carefully to avoid nerve damage, which was a huge concern of mine, and I’m grateful to say everything went smoothly. The entire team was supportive, patient, and kind throughout the process. I felt respected, informed, and genuinely cared for not just treated like another patient. I had an excellent experience and if/when needed, I will absolutely return. My son had his wisdom teeth removed. I was very happy with every element. The staff were all kind and friendly. We felt welcomed. Our evaluation was thorough. My son felt comfortable and confident with this being his first surgery because the staff were so great. His procedure and after care went very well. I’m very happy to have chosen Heritage for this, and will return when future oral surgery procedures are needed.

I had a tooth extracted yesterday. To my surprise, it was painless and done so quickly and professionally that I was up and about in no time. There were no side effects, no after pain the next day. Everything is healing nicely. Dr Chris Ibriham was very professional and understanding, he put me at ease so I was less stressed. The nursing staff was also excellent and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Heritage with no hesitation!
