I’m genuinely surprised by the relatively high rating, because my experience sucked. I was told I could die, end up on dialysis etc if I don’t take my medication, but they never sent my order, called them to change the location to where I pick up my meds (though obviously that’s something clarified during the appointment) they still didn’t change the pharmacy location. I called again I finally received it but only got 5 pills of one prescription, the pharmacy tech didn’t explain why but whatever, I called the office to get a refill SEVERAL times and I still haven’t received my medication, it’s been a month of me not receiving my “life saving medication” that they claimed I needed. I got a ahold of them recently and for whatever reason they said I’d have to wait till the provider calls. It’s been a week. They’re so useless. I do not recommend them

Brand new office, clean and modern design. My first time here to get labs drawn. Professional, friendly, lab draw by Cynthia was quick and painless. I was in and out in a short period of time. Check-up appointment: Hailey always takes great care of us. She listens well, communicates clearly, and provides useful information for our health and well-being. Thank you to Cristina and team for providing a great experience. Highly recommend!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my elderly mother has received at Rancho Cucamonga Community Health Center of Health Service Alliance. From the moment we step into the office, we are always greeted warmly by the front office staff, who are both professional and compassionate. They go above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth and stress-free, which is so important when managing the care of an elderly loved one. Our experience with Provider Hailey Heltman has been outstanding. Hailey is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but she also exudes kindness and patience. She takes the time to listen to all of our concerns, no matter how small, and ensures that my mother feels comfortable and understood. It's clear that Hailey genuinely cares about her patients' well-being and tailors her approach to meet their specific needs. I had to switch doctors a couple months ago and was worried it was gonna be a bad thing. Turns out it was the best decision! Hailey is amazing. Very thorough and makes you feel so comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about her. The Staff here is super friendly and welcoming. Cynthia is always so sweet and has a smile on her face. I’ve never had a long wait and I’m hoping that’ll continue with time since it’s a new office.

This was my first visit to this office and WOW! The Staff here is super friendly and great at thoroughly explaining paperwork and questions. Cinthia, the Medical Assistant, was friendly, had a smile on her face, & patient when it came to asking the initial intake questions. Dr. O’Neil is great! Extremely thorough and makes you feel comfortable when explaining proper care.
