I'm not very happy with this place , my husband needs medical care , he had a Heart attack and we cant afford it , I called ahead of time so we knew what time to be there. We used out last dime to travel from borger , when I called they said to be there at 9:30 so we showed up at 9:15 and they turned us away - ughhh then said to come back at 5 the clinic closes at 5 , I guess we don't have the right as American Citizens to get help !!!! This is an added comment after a few days , every text and every call I get is in Spanish, is this not America anymore????? So annoying and frustrating!!!!! I'm turning this crap in !!!!

Can’t say enough nice about them! Less than 2 months into shalom and my hernias are repaired! Wonderful, friendly folks who are down to earth and Christ-centered. Thank you, HTC staff and volunteers! Five well-deserved stars. I’d give 10 if I could!

On Monday 9/11/2023 at 14:30 I had a very poor experience that lasted till 17:45. I’ve been having an ongoing problem with my feet with chronic pain and swelling. I’ve been working as a home caregiver for several weeks. My father is in home hospice and I’ve been unemployed for months due to my illness or injury. It took forever to get an appointment for many, many weeks. I also had come down with the Flu over the weekend from other family members and no one even took a chest x-Ray, nor did they listen to my chest, or prescribe me anything for the Flu. They never even examined my feet by having me remove my shoes or socks either. Beware to not ever fill anything out about anxiety or depression, because they will try to open Pandora’s box and make this appointment completely about mental health. It really never felt like they did a real examination. They did weigh me, and take my blood pressure, and temperature and that was pretty much the extent of the examination. What a horrible experience.

They say their there to help you but not true, like if they can't find out what's wrong after giving you different medications . Then when you call back to know your test results or your follow up with the Doctor. No one will call you back. Leaving a message with a nurse, or if you call to speak with the director she will not call you back either. So what does that tell you they don't care about you. For sure no communication and the clinic talks about helping the community .

First I want to say the staff is very nice and friendly. Not very organized though. I was released from the program because I didnt attend the wellness classes. That was my fault. The problem is now I have no way of getting necessary medication for diabetes. I went they because I have terrible foot pain. I waited months for Dr Halloway to do something he never did . I felt like he did not care. . I could go on and on.i am grateful for what they did do. This clinic is way too slow. Example of not being organized. I was relase Carla call 3 different times trying set up an appointment. Very slow.

Best place I’ve been to.They are so nice. Don’t judge you for not having insurance. I was real was sick when I went over there the first time . They got me a doctor got on some medication and they found out I had to have surgery. No one wanted to help me cause of the no insurance situation. Hospital would tell no we can’t help until you find help. Went back to Heal the City and told them that everyone is telling me that my husband makes too much money and need to find help.Heal the City got me some help to get my surgery. Now I’m feeling better! Thank you Heal the City! Thank you for all your time and effort . I hate to go over there and see people disrespect them . This is a free clinic people!!! They will get you help. Just be patient. Don’t disrespect them they are lovely people.

I love this place. I am a patient here Carman, Christi and others are awesome. They are so kind and caring. For a free clinic you couldn't tell it. I love coming here. Need Medical Dental stand in line at 1:30 on Mondays and get seen it is worth it. Christian based but these people are amazing doing God's work. Thanks Heal the City love you guys
