I had a very disappointing experience with this practice. I scheduled an appointment for my son nearly a month in advance and drove approximately 40 minutes to be seen. Upon arrival, I was informed for the first time that the practice no longer accepts UnitedHealthcare PPO and that they could not see him. The office claimed they had attempted to contact me, but they had an incorrect phone number on file—a landline that I haven’t used in over 10 years. I scheduled the appointment using my cell phone, yet no one verified my contact information, and I received no email, text message, voicemail, or any other notification that my appointment would not be honored. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of accountability or effort to resolve the situation. Rather than offering any meaningful solution, I was simply asked, “How do you want me to resolve this?” after I had already taken time off, waited weeks for the appointment, and driven 40 minutes with my child. Offering to have a scheduling manager call me after the fact was not a solution, especially when the appointment had already been missed because of the office’s own communication failure. I had endoscopic surgery on my sinuses by Dr Buen and I cant reccomend him enough and his office. They took good care of me and the sugery was a success. Dr Buen is a great doctor!!!

Everyone was very professional. Dr. Cho is very detail oriented. He reviewed my scan results which didn't show anything much and gave me a treatment plan to follow to see if this would help my symptoms. It was very clearly stated and easy to follow. Time will tell.

I had a hearing test and consultation with Dr Thompson and his associate at Head and Neck Associates of Orange County. The hearing test and consultation was very professional, thorough and complete. Time was taken to thoroughly explain the results to me and time spent to answer questions. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time appointment with this office. I had a very good experience front desk was nice and helpful. There was no long wait! The doctor was excellent Dr. Buen was very attentive. In all it was an excellent visit I would recommend!
