I am incredibly dissatisfied with my experience at Hannah Dental. Over a year ago, I had a tooth extracted here, and I am still experiencing chronic pain in that exact area.Finding the source of the issue required an exhausting and stressful process. I had to visit an ENT doctor three separate times and see three different oral surgeons before finally receiving an accurate diagnosis.Because of the complications from the initial extraction, I now face a corrective surgery that will likely require a bone graft. This entire ordeal is costing me roughly $3,000 out of pocket to fix. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for dental care to avoid these kinds of severe, long-term complications.

September 2024 had 11 implants and shortly after a sore on my chin showed up. Went back for cleaning and 3 bone spurs pull out. Once a dentist said I need a biopsy on my sore which was also inside my mouth. This sore have been there 19 months which now I have a piccline iv to give my antibiotics injection once a day for 6 weeks. Getting insurance information to file an insurance claim medicine 900.00 first week I paid 46000.00 for this no way. The infected implant hasn't been scheduled yet to be removed. Do not use this office. Needed a standard implant. All went well with the extraction and impression for new tooth. Getting the actual implant fitted correctly and timely has been dismal. The issue is with the lab that creates the implant. It was poorly crafted and getting it corrected has taken longer than the original production. Hanna office keeps blaming the lab and they take absolutely no responsibility for the quality or timeliness of the procedure. Staff is uncaring and will not provide any assistance working with the lab. Very disappointed with Hanna bc it is their vendor and ultimately their responsibility for a smooth and proper procedure. Do not recommend Hanna

I really appreciated Carla the Hygienist at Hanna Dental implant for her care, teaching information. Very pleasant, warm and smiling. Dr. Rodriguez is very warm and smiling while greeting. She listened to my concerns and took care of them

My name is Noor, and I went to Hanna Dental Implant Center for a single tooth implant. In 2020, I paid close to $10,000 for the procedure. I was willing to invest that amount because I expected high-quality results. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I had to return to the office multiple times because they were unable to properly shade match the implant to my natural teeth. During my last visit for shade matching, the experience became unexpectedly painful and traumatic. It turned into a procedure-like appointment that I was not prepared for, and it left me too uncomfortable to return for some time. Despite all the visits, the color mismatch was never resolved. In 2023–2024, I decided to go back after speaking with my orthodontist, who advised me on steps to improve the appearance and achieve a more natural match. However, I was quoted an additional $2,000–$3,000 to fix an issue that was never properly resolved in the first place. I was also told by a staff member that previous shade-matching attempts were done “for free,” which I found very frustrating, considering I had already paid nearly $10,000 expecting a complete and satisfactory result. I've been going to Hanna Dental for a few years now. It's been a pleasure to have worked with them over the years. The staff is more then pleasant and personable and the technicians and Dentists are all outstanding. I've had teeth pulled, teeth filled, implants put in and cleaning done and with everything I don't think I could have found a better place to go to have this all done and that's why I drive over an hour to continue to go to them.
