⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Care from Dr. Ragoza and His Amazing Team! I’ve been seeing Dr. Dennis Ragoza at Hale & Hale DDS for the past several months, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care I’ve received. As someone who’s always been a bit anxious about dental visits, Dr. Ragoza immediately put me at ease with his calm, professional, and genuinely caring approach. He’s incredibly skilled, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly — from treatment options to preventive tips. Whether it’s a routine check-up or more involved restorative work, he’s meticulous and truly committed to long-term oral care. I also have to give a huge shout-out to the wonderful hygienists, Allegria and Shawnee. Both are absolute pros — gentle, attentive, and thorough during cleanings. They make the process comfortable (even the not-so-fun parts!), educate you on better home care without being judgmental, and have a warm, friendly energy that makes you actually look forward to your appointments. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Shula Harkavy and her entire team. From the moment you walk into the office, you’re greeted by a friendly and welcoming front desk staff who make every visit a pleasant experience. I’ve been to many dentists over the years, and Dr. Harkavy is truly one of the best. She is not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind, gentle, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, never makes you feel rushed, and ensures you’re comfortable every step of the way. I would highly recommend her and her staff to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

I have been a patient of Dr Susan Hale for many decades so admittedly I had some apprehension when she retired. When I first met Dr Shula, who took over, I was very pleased, she is truly wonderful, passionate and warm, she made the transition seamless. Thankfully, Debra, my amazing hygienist, that has taken care of my teeth for so long stayed on board, she almost feels like family to me, remembers details about my children that always impress me, she is so meticulous and always gives me thorough explanations of my "teeth status", I fully trust her. I highly recommend the new "Hale & Hale" chapter!

Wonderful, friendly office. Dr. Shula is a master of her craft, from the moment you sit in the chair you feel that you are in the hands of someone who not only has exceptional skill but who genuinely cares about your well being. She approaches her work with precision and warmth. It is rare to find someone who combines such expertise with such a compassionate approach.The doctor and the staff at the office treat each person with attention and respect that makes even stressful procedures feel manageable. Both my husband and I feel fortunate to be Dr. Shula's patients.
