Called to check on my father because he wouldn’t answer any calls, charge nurse got on the phone and said “your father is fine” then hung up in my face.

My ex husband passed away in this place. They wouldnt let him call me or our son the 4 yrs he was here. We had no idea where he was or nothing, we just new he went to cali from MN. Last heard from him in 2018 , he passed in 2021. Got a letter over a month later he passed. Died of a aneurysm, blood infection and a few other things ... Great way to run a place.

The staff and admins are the tops!! Friendly, helpful and full of activities to keep us busy and have fun... The food is delicious and as I am a lifelong Vegan person and Oscar personally cooks me meals using Tofu etc. He also instructs the othes how to do it. As Dietary Supervisor he's the best👍💯 🍵🍜🍛🥙🥑🥒🥦🍠🥕🍌🍌🍉🍋 The different directors will guide you in the right direction you need to go and helpfully make sure your plans are followed through with. The Nurses, so knowledgeable and happy to make sure you get the best medications and on time are always there to answer questions CNAs and Housekeepers all are thorough and good at serving our breakfast and drinks.they are busy workers and deserve our gratitude 🤗👍👍 💯 Happy to be here ,having all my needs met so that when I am feeling whole they will help me find my own place to live!! 🦌💞🌴🌴 👩‍🦼🛀🧖🛌🧘🌾🌳🌾🌳🍂🍁❄️🌫️🌬️🌈 Positively living and on track, Thumbs up for Griffith Park Health care center in Griffith Park My Gourmet cook Oscar made me this Jat meal better than any restaurant Je been in!!! I have to thank Katia from social services for being so supportive and amazing person she is. Thank you to the whole staff and the residents for being so kind and wonderful to my loved one. True heroes of the valley thank you once again keep up the good and hard work.

Let me tell you something. I would not want to have a love one living in this facility. How this company is run, is a big joke. These resident are not taken care of. The care is poor. I had my love one here not to long ago and it disgusted me that they could take care of her. Nursing does a poor job. Had an IDT meeting with the team and they all look so unprofessional especially this guy called Francis. Very inpatient and wanted to end the meeting quick. Like is this how you show customer service to your clients. Not only this but he was very rude and disrespectful. If I remember correctly, he does activities and boy if he acts like that I wonder how he is with resident. Rehab seemed okay but didn’t do enough to address my mothers issue. Social services never got back to me regarding my mother missing items or any follow up regarding doctors appointment. I had enough. Be aware that this facility is the joke of all jokes.

My mom was a patient there. She was recently diagnosed with Covid19. Upon being admitted to the hospital they discovered stage 4 pressure sores on her backside. The Dr. told me that was from months not weeks of neglect. Please avoid this place at all costs if you are able. Please do not leave your loved ones here.
