I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Balyan and the entire staff. My 32-year-old son has autism and Medicaid, which unfortunately does not cover deep cleanings. We were previously told by another dentist that he had gum disease and could lose his front teeth. Another office quoted us over $3,000 for treatment. When we came to Dr. Balyan, everything was explained clearly and honestly. Dr. Balyan confirmed that my son needed treatment and a deep cleaning, but the cost was only $600, which was a huge relief compared to the previous estimate. I truly appreciate the honesty and not being charged for unnecessary work. I also want to give a special shout-out to the front receptionist she was a 10/10. She took the time to sit beside me, explain everything in detail, answer all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The kindness, compassion, and professionalism we received meant so much to our family. I highly recommend Dr. Balyan and the team, and we will definitely be back for my son’s 4-month follow-up. I went to several dentist and this location gave me the best self pay price. I am talking thousands of dollars of a different. They made sure I was OK every step of the way and were very compassionate when I started to experience a blood sugar issues. I would recommend this location for sure! GREAT STAFF!

I am filing a formal complaint regarding my appointment on June 26th at 2:00 PM. I traveled about an hour from downtown Atlanta and arrived on time for my scheduled appointment. The purpose of my visit was to have the bridge placed by this office adjusted and to discuss/treat an extraction. I sat in the office with no service, no X-ray, no treatment, and no clear communication until approximately 4:05 PM. After waiting over two hours, I was finally taken to the back, but I still sat for another 20 minutes without being serviced. I was then moved to another room and still received no treatment. After all that time, I was only informed of a price for an extraction with a bone graft, including a $250 bone graft fee, which I did not agree to. No payment expectations were discussed with me during the two-hour wait, even though the office already knew the reason for my appointment. I asked multiple times whether I should just reschedule, and I was still kept waiting with no real help or accommodation. This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Dr. Balyan is an amazing dentist! Very compassionate and empathetic. My brother needed 8 cavities filled and 2 teeth extracted. She was very patient and kind and talked him through everything with the procedure. Marely was also wonderful! She kept me and my mom updated on everything and gave us time to process all the procedures before making a final decision. We will be returning for our cleaning this summer. If I could give this place 20/20 I would. Very good bedside/dental seat manners:)

I absolutely love this place. They are so kind and patient with you they will sit down and explain everything Marley is such a bright light as soon as you walk in you see her her smiling face. The positive energy in there is amazing everyone greet shoe with the smile and honesty. It’s just a little things that make a big difference. I’ve been going here for 11 years and from the beginning, I knew I found something good so I never go to anybody else. I always refer people and I just love this place.
