I honestly had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office here. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were all so kind, friendly, and helpful, and the whole team had such a positive and genuine attitude. A huge thank you to Gabi for being absolutely amazing. She was incredibly gentle, patient, sweet, and caring throughout the entire appointment. She made what is usually a stressful experience feel easy and comfortable, and you can truly tell she cares about her patients. Dr. Salha and his assistant were also great — professional, honest, and reassuring. Overall, this office has an amazing team and atmosphere, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental office that truly treats people with care and respect.

I wanted to make a consultation with Dr. Crofcheck based on her multiple 5 star reviews, however, when I called I was told she had recently retired. I opted to make an appointment with Dr. Chakaki instead. The consultation portion of the appointment was lacking in both information and in care. I was told I need a deep cleaning; with scaling and root planing, which I knew going in to the appointment already from my general dentist. I was looking for answers from a specialist about my options after the cleaning. I know an exact treatment plan cannot be made prior due to the inflammation and build up-and that's fine- but I wanted to go over the potential options and available treatments. So I could weigh the choices vs the cost to try and make an informed decision moving forward. The "discussion" itself felt rushed, Dr. Chakaki struggled to explain things and did not offer any options or treatments except for the deep cleaning and a potential gum surgery to clean where the scaling could not reach. I’m disappointed to share that my recent experience at this periodontal office was not positive. I came in for a routine cleaning and informed the hygienist at the start that I have vertigo and cannot be leaned fully back in the chair. I understand this can make a cleaning more challenging, and I was trying to be patient and cooperative throughout the appointment. However, the hygienist appeared frustrated with the situation and seemed annoyed that accommodations were needed. At one point, because of the chair position, water was running down my chin and she had to ask someone to help with suction. I offered to hold the suction myself or simply use a paper towel since I was comfortable managing it, but the situation still seemed to irritate her. I also mentioned that I have one lower tooth that has been extremely sensitive and was hoping for some reassurance or guidance on how to signal if it became painful. Her response was, “Well, I’m sure we will find it,” which was said in a tone that felt dismissive rather than reassuring. Be aware Dr. Crofcheck sold her practice and the new owners are terrible! This practice has gone down quickly. They are in network for Delta Dental Insurance and billed double charges separately that are already included and bundled. Insurance company told me to call them and they should credit the double charges as they have an agreement not to charge for the same service twice. Insurance company told me if they don’t remove the charge to notify them as they will get involved. I contacted Grace Perio & implants and spoke with Liz who is very rude and told her what the insurance company said. She said she would check with the claims company they subcontract out to handle their insurance claims and billing. Then she accidentally emailed me the reply from the claims company to her inquiry about my double charge. Reply was “Delta dental bundles services, I mentioned this in an earlier email I sent to you.” This told me that they already knew they couldn’t charge this service twice. So untrustworthy. I have emailed and called multiple times. They continue to stall and say they are waiting for a reply from their claims company. My last two emails received no response. Today I emailed an
