Dr. Maizal Rivera is so professional and so kind while treating me. This is my second visit with him and he is doing such a wonderful job. He doesnt only treats me as a patient but treats me like a friend and entertains with his jokes while diagonosing me. He is the best Doctor that i came across ever and he is so supportive and gives good advice on how i can be healthy n strong and live a good lifestyle. Im blessed to find a doctor this caring and i cant wait to follow up and surprise him with the improvement his treatment is giving me.... Thank you so much Dr. Maizal Rivera .. u r the best and thank u to the staff also ....everyone is soo kind n caring😇😇😇🙂🙂

Had a Drs appointment at 10am over the phone with dr maizal Rivera didn’t receive a call from the nurse until 1:20pm saying the Dr would call me in about 10 minutes the Dr never called me and I need to speak with them because I had just fractured my foot and the hospital wanted me to follow up with a golden valley Dr to get a foot brace

Appointment was at 5pm at 401 paradise rd. Doors were locked before 5pm. Security was able to walk us to urgent care. The clerks then proceeded to discuss how the Dr. was long gone (before the appt at 5pm) They stated my option to be seen was to wait for a Dr. at urgent care, or they could schedule a Telehealth appointment for the next day. Mind you the Dr. had refused a Telehealth appointment and would only see the member in person. Waited for urgent care Dr. they were able to provide what they could but ultimately still had to schedule YET ANOTHER IN PERSON APPOINTMENT. It was a disgrace that the Dr. nor anyone else could have called just to notify the Dr. was gone for the day knowing they still had a 5pm appt. No common courtesy, very upsetting. Did not leave urgent care until later that night.

I was rushed out. The doctor came in said probably 2 sentences without letting me get hardly a word in and left . Also i was under the impression this bed paper was supposed to be sanitary.... guess not as they just let the whole thing roll onto the floor.

The nurse does not sanitize the temperature rollerball after she used it on my sisters forehead. 🤢 I kept watching to see if she was going to clean it after and she did not and even put it back which containments where they check your blood pressure. This is not okay! The nurses need to sanitize right after they use it with every patient before they set it back down. They are doing a million things and they will forget to sanitize it, I just don’t trust this place at all! Not to mention the doctor Carolyn Oducado expressed very poorly about Kaiser expressing they offer cheap medication and they use old medicine. She got into her feelings almost as she got denied at Kaiser and was just going off on them. I did not feel comfortable at all nor I thought it was professional of her as a doctor to speak that way. She was assuming a lot almost like she is stereotyping her clients and that felt super awkward and not safe being around her to speak about health issues. She did however mention it was an inconvenience to check my sister blood pressure due to short of staff but yet she also mentioned she wouldn’t have to check her blood pressure at that location, if she wouldn’t take the medica
