⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience This clinic should seriously investigate the behavior of its front desk staff. Healthcare is supposed to be about compassion, professionalism, and helping patients, especially children and people who are already suffering. Unfortunately, we experienced the exact opposite. My children were turned away because we were only a few minutes late, and the receptionist showed no understanding, no empathy, and no willingness to help. The attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable for a healthcare facility. After reading the many negative reviews from other patients, it is clear that this is not an isolated incident. The common complaints about poor customer service, disrespectful treatment, lack of communication, and long wait times point to a serious management problem that has been ignored for far too long. To the Administration and Supervising Authorities, I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the conduct of the front desk staff at this location. Based on my personal experience, as well as the large number of negative reviews posted by other patients, there appears to be a serious and ongoing problem with how patients and families are being treated upon arrival. My children were denied care after arriving only a few minutes late, and instead of receiving understanding or assistance, we were met with rudeness, disrespect, and a complete lack of compassion. Front desk employees are often the first point of contact for patients, especially those who may be in pain, sick, distressed, or caring for ill children. Their behavior should reflect professionalism, empathy, and respect. Unfortunately, many reviews describe similar experiences involving poor communication, dismissive attitudes, long delays, and lack of patient support. ⭐☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with this clinic. My children were denied care because they arrived only 10 minutes late. Instead of showing understanding or trying to help, the front desk employee was very rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist us in any way. As a parent, I expect a healthcare facility to treat families with respect and compassion, especially when the delay is so minor. Unfortunately, we were treated as if our situation did not matter at all. After reading many of the other reviews, it is clear that poor customer service and communication have been ongoing problems at this location. Management should seriously review how patients and families are being treated. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Based on my experience and the many negative reviews, this location needs major improvements or should be investigated by the appropriate authorities. Patients deserve better care, respect, and professionalism.

The nurses is not good. I was have appointment with the doctor. Kenneth James at 1:45 PM and I was waiting like like the 2:30 PM and the doctor has not come to see my patient when I come out and I talk to the nurse. They told me if you want to wait here wait and you don't want to go to anywhere you can. The nurses is not good.

Golden Valley has had communication issues for years that still isn’t any better. The ONLY reason I stay for the chiropractor is because I can walk in. I did just that on Tuesday 7/1 and asked to be seen. I was told no because there was only one medical assistant. I pushed back, stating that my lower back was really hurting. Victoria came out, had an attitude with me saying it’s appointment only. I gave it back saying well, maybe if I could call the office and get a same day appointment it would avoid something like this. She added me for Dr Anderson and I was seen quickly. She then proceeded to bite my head off with every word while asking me the usual questions. Their phone system is so bad that I called one time, got an agent, called back, chose a different option and got THE SAME GUY.
