Had to switch dentists because my prior dentist recently retired and the clinic was no longer covered by insurance. Before switching, however, I had the clinic perform a cleaning and examination, and decided to use that as reference when being examined by another dental clinic. A week later, I come to Gentle Dental, primarily because it was very close by, was covered by our insurance, and had great ratings. I am very pleased to say that Gentle Dental lives up to their motto of attentiveness, communication, and patient education. The staff make sure you are comfortable and frequently remind you to stop them at anytime should you feel any discomfort. They also explain practically every step of the way as they proceed with treatments and put it into terms you could easily understand - no medical jargon. Additionally, they make sure to account for previous observational records; they ask you about dentists you've had prior, their observations, and any relevant information. I'm happy to say that Gentle Dental has provided near-identically the same treatments that my previous dentist recommended and having just come out of my first phase of treatments, I can confidently say I will be go

My experience was very positive at this dental office. All the staff was great, the front desk was very informative and courteous since I arrived to my appointment, no waiting time other than the normal (10-15 mins), also the dentist was very professional and did a very good job, she showed constant understanding and made me feel comfortable. They explained to me every single step of the process for what I needed to be done, told me how long it was going to take, the amounts of coverage from insurance and my out of pocket cost in a very easy break down of charges and they were not pushy and rushing me to pay like other offices telling you what to do, overpricing you and just rude to patients. If I compare the service I have received here with other dental offices in Santa Clarita, I can assure 100% that this was the best from all.

I feel that this Gentle Dental is quite excellent!! Dr. Sonia is a wonderful Dentist and is very good with people--she is one you quickly make a connection with. I had gone to Gentle Dental 2 years before she came to get new dentures and the Dentist then was excellent also. I have Systemic Lupus and have had it for 36 years. My connective tissues and gums are very fragile and are always changing shape. Chronic problem. Dr. Sonia and her staff are terrific and work with me in every way to help me get dentures that fit at an affordable price. I appreciate them so much. They are very professional and the office is spotless. All the staff are also very personable, kind and really care about you.

My 1st visit at Gentle Dental was the most rewarding and amazing experience. Dr Sonja is so present and kind and, yes, gentle. My fear of finding a new dentist since my move from another state was alive and REAL. But my entire visit was met with such kindness and good humor, patience and loving guidance that I only wish I had found this team sooner. For the first time in my adult life I’m going to have the smile I want on my terms. Choosing my plan took awhile, and Maritza, the head of finance was so lovely and sweet and patient. She answered all of my MANY questions and assisted in guiding me what I knew was best for me. I am beyond thrilled for my upcoming appointment this week! Thank you Gentle Dental!

It was a fantastic dental office! As an international tourist , I was little bit nervous to visit dental office in US for the first time but Lillian welcomed me warmly at the reception and that made me feel relaxed! Paola was an amazing assistant. She explained everything perfectly so I was comfortable to have a treatment. Dr. Sonia was really kind and did a great job! I’m so glad that I chose this office! Thank you so much!
