I can not thank this orthodontist enough! I was in so much pain from a failed root canal. I previously went to my original dentist who did my root canal. After several weeks which turned into a total of 3 months, I continued to complain to my dentist about extreme pain in the tooth with the root canal. The dentist refused to redo the root canal stating there was no way that there was something wrong with it and that it must be me and I needed to wait to heal…I then went to another dentist for a second opinion, he confirmed there is something wrong with the tooth and it needed to be retreated asap. I was referred right away to this amazing office. They were able to verify that the original dentist missed an entire nerve during the root canal. They fixed it right there and then! Everyone in the office is so incredibly sweet and caring. I am especially thankful for the orthodontist who retreated my tooth. I have never experienced the level of care and consideration that I did with this office. I will only be going to them for future root canal problems! Thank you!

Great office. Staff is friendly and supportive which I needed! Dr Gim really explained the procedure in detail.

I just had literally the best dental experience of my life here (and I tend to lay awake at night obsessing over my fear of the dentist. ) This office is full of the nicest and sincere people both at the front desk and the hygenist I had. Dr. Gim was so caring was incredibly attentive to my needs. He also was great at explaining everything to me. I had a traumatic experience of not being able to get numb at a different office and he sympathized with me since he also experienced that. He assured me he could get me numb and did. I asked him to tell me when we were halfway done which he did and asked if there was anything else they could do to make me less anxious. He told me I could raise my hand at any time if I needed a break or was having pain and continually asked if I was okay. The office is really clean and inviting and they even brought me water, a blanket and sunglasses so the lights wouldn't bother me. The best part was I asked if my husband could stay in the room and he said absolutely like it was no big deal and asked for a stool to be brought in for my husband so he could sit closer to me and hold my hand. I have never felt more safe and taken care of in a medical setting

I just had a root canal by Dr. Gim yesterday. It was amazing. I am in healthcare and am very picky. I did a lot of research on endodontists and he rose to the top. I would highly recommend him to anyone. His office staff was able to fit me in around my schedule. His staff was pleasant, helpful and professional. His office is beautiful and comfortable. His treatment equipment is state of the art. But, all that pales in comparison to the skill of this endodontist. He was gentle yet very effective. He was empathetic and made sure I was comfortable and had NO pain. He took his time and skillfully completed a very difficult root canal. Today I have had no pain medication and feel great. If you ever need a root canal, this is your guy. It was a 5 star experience.

Doctor Gim is the best. Makes you feel at home and does excellent work. Not only a fine Dentist but also a great guy. Explains procedures and followup efficiently.
