I hated my first visit here, which is why I didn’t come back. I came initially for braces but I was told they didn’t do braces here and they kept pushing Invisalign that I didn’t want and told them beforehand. They kept telling me I had awesome insurance which was weird because who cares. They were really busy when I went and I talked to Dr. Do for like 2 minutes before she was off somewhere else. It seemed like they double booked patients because my questions were left unanswered. She was worried about the next patient vs me. I felt like another bill vs another client. They were pushing me to pay after they brought up Invisalign but I left because I already told them what I wanted. I felt uncomfortable honestly.

Being an adult and dealing with braces is difficult but Dr. Do made the process easier to handle. I was always seen on time when I had appointments. The staff is great communicating what is going on and what the next appointment is for. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. The orthodontist took the time to explain everything clearly and made my daughter feel comfortable during her visit. We truly appreciate the kindness and care we received. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment!

We had such an amazing experience with Dr. Do and the entire team! My daughter originally started treatment with an estimated timeline of 22–24 months, but everything went so smoothly and successfully that she finished in 18 months. We were beyond happy with the results! Every appointment, the staff was always so helpful, attentive, and welcoming. You can truly tell they care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I was so impressed with the office that I decided to start my son’s treatment there as well, even though he was still young and only ready for Phase 1. We’ve now experienced both traditional braces and Invisalign. We have had zero issues with either process. The technology they use is incredible. I was blown away by the detailed 3D models they showed of my kids’ teeth and how much deeper the evaluation went beyond just crowding. Dr. Do took the time to thoroughly explain jaw movement, facial structure, and the overall importance of proper alignment in a way that was easy to understand. We are so grateful for the care we received and will absolutely continue recommending Dr. Do and the team to everyone.

I genuinely believe this establishment is a top-notch orthodontic office. Dr. Do is incredibly kind, understanding, and welcoming, and that same kindness carries throughout her entire staff. Everyone here is so sweet and professional! My experience with this office has truly been unforgettable. I first came here in high school for braces, and when they were removed, my teeth looked immaculate. Unfortunately, I lost my retainer later on and needed Invisalign as an adult. Thanks to Dr. Do and her team, my teeth are back!! The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. I will always recommend Dr. Do and her amazing team. Thank you all so much! And don’t worry, I definitely won’t lose my retainer this time!
