Long wait time once it was my three year olds turn for a consult I told doctor I only wanted his front teeth to be treated he then proceeded to give me attitude and saying that they were going to do more work he needed while under. It seemed like he was only doing this for money and I was not about to put my son through their care with this horrible attitude towards what is best for my son. I then told my husband about it amd he said he would not have let that man get away with how he talked to me. I then canceled the following appointment for the surgery and told them we will not be bringing our son there ever.

The office is nice with the Disney murals and they have a couple of tvs playing movies to entertain the kids. It feels welcoming to kids, but that's where the consideration for the kids ends. I had an appointment at 10:30 am and arrived early. Was told they were waiting for their 10 am patient to arrive and they would be seen first. It made no sense. If you're late your place should be lost or bumped so those who come on time can be seen. It's been over 2 hours and we are still in the waiting room. They said they had several cancelations so that is delaying things. Idk how less patients to treat means I have to wait more. By the looks of things they overbook their appointments. It shouldn't take this long when kids have to be fasting to get the procedure done. 1st and last time I'll make any appointment here.

They are very professional and helpful! The nurses and especially the Dentist all explain in detail helping one feel at ease. Personally, my little has autism and they have always tried to accommodate and allow us to handle unexpected wait times how she feels best. The process and procedures are done in a timely manner. Especially the discharge nurse helping until my little one all the way back in our car we with me! Great place! I’m very happy with their services!

My 4 year old daughter came in for several filings and a couple root canals. The office staff was friendly and helpful. They walked us through the process and tried to make it a positive experience for us. Children do have to fast and that sucks but we understand it is part of the process. Do bring extra clothes. Our daughter ended up wetting herself while recovering and needed to be changed. Everyone from the actual dentist to the rn to the anesthesiologist were all friendly and helpful. I would suggest getting the earlier time slots so your child doesn't get hungry or bored.

everything about this place made me and my children feel completely comfortable, love the drs and the medical doctors they really do give you every detail about your child’s procedure. Very lovely children’s environment on the inside, Childerns movies and especially the paintings my kids loved!! The wait time is a bit of a long time but they do say it’s about 4-6 hour wait so be mindful! My child’s recovery was great aswell thanks to this place :)
